According to one aspect of the present invention, the steamer apparatus of the present invention may include a heating base supporting a heating element for heating steam. According to a further aspect of the present invention, the steamer apparatus preferably further includes: lower base attached to an angular middle base at a lower base hinge which allows the angular middle base to move relative to the lower base. According to a further aspect of the present invention, the steamer apparatus of the present invention preferably further includes an upper section which is attached to the top of the angular middle base with a middle base hinge which allows the upper section to partially lower within the body of the lower base; and a head assembly which directs steam created by the heating element out of the steamer apparatus.
