STACKING DEVICE AND SYSTEM
Disclosed herein are systems and devices which transport and stack flexible textile workpieces (e.g., clothing) in a processing line. A proposed stacking device includes a conveyor belt wound through a series of rollers which permit horizontal extension of the conveyor path toward a downstream workstation. The extendable conveyor path allows for easy transferring and stacking of the workpieces at the downstream workstation.
ACCESSORIES AND OUTFIT RETAINER SYSTEM
A system for and method of retaining one or more accessory of a clothes outfit is herein disclosed. An accessories retainer is provided that couples with one of a clothes hanger or a clothes outfit. The retainer includes a bag, a zippered opening, and a hole disposed opposite the zippered opening. The hole is design such that it can easily couple to various pieces of structure, such as a hook on the clothes hanger or a button or string on the clothes outfit. This ensures that the accessories associated with the clothes outfit do not become separated from the outfit, allowing it to remain a functional unit.
WASHABLE GARMENT CASE
An improved case for washing garments including inner fasteners configured for use in releasably attaching and washing facial masks or bras or other garments to provide a practical means of securing them when tossed into a washing machine, thereby protecting their delicate materials and any fasteners and under-wires from the damage that can occur if they are placed directly into a machine.
AUTONOMOUS LAUNDRY WASHING AND DRYING SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An energy efficient autonomous laundry system includes a plurality of combination washing and drying machines, at least one exhaust combining manifold in fluid communication with the plurality of combination washing and drying machines, at least one heat pump receiving combined exhaust from the manifold, one or more sensors disposed throughout the airflow of the system, and a controller in operative communication with all of these system components. The controller is configured to receive an output signal, analyze at least one air characteristic associated with the one or more sensors, determine, based on the analysis, whether the at least one air characteristics is within a preprogrammed range of values for at least one of air temperature, air flow, and air humidity, and adjust one or more controls, including controls for adjusting at least one of air temperature, air flow, and air humidity at the one or more locations within the system.

ROBOTIC LAUNDRY DEVICES AND METHODS OF USE
Devices, systems, and methods for repositioning a deformable laundry article are described. For example, a robotic device includes a conveyor configured to transfer the deformable laundry article outside of a work volume, two or more lifters including grippers individually anchored about the perimeter of the work volume, two or more sensors disposed at fixed locations about the work volume, and a memory storing data indicative of repositioned deformable laundry articles. A controller is in operative communication with the memory, the two or more sensors, and the two or more lifters. The controller is configured to receive a signal from the sensors, identify grip points on the deformable laundry article suspended above the conveyor, instruct a lifter to grip and lift an identified grip point to the suspension height, determine whether the deformable laundry article is repositioned, and instruct the lifters to lower the repositioned deformable laundry article onto the conveyor.
Knock-Down Hamper
A hamper has a fabric bag, and a supporting frame assembly that has a foldable wall assembly, a base and a top frame. The foldable wall assembly has a rear frame, a left frame a right frame. The base has a rear side that is pivotally connected with the bottom side of the rear frame, with the left and right sides of the base removably coupled to the bottom sides of the left frame and the right frame, respectively. The top frame has a rear side that is removably coupled to the top side of the rear frame, with the left and right sides of the top frame removably coupled to the top sides of the left frame and the right frame, respectively. The fabric bag has four side walls, each side wall having a lip extending around the upper edge of each side wall, and four vertical corner sleeve pockets.
Edge clamping device and automatic cloth spreading machine including the same
An edge clamping device includes: a two-position holding device having a pair of holding chucks that hold two separate portions of a rectangular piece of cloth Y that are on or near the ridge of a fold, in a state where a right-angled triangular part S is revealed; an edge locating conveyor that is disposed under the two-position holding device and delivers the cloth Y having been released from the two-position holding device; clamping chucks disposed downstream of the edge locating conveyor in a delivery direction; and a position changing means that moves at least one of the two-position holding device, the edge locating conveyor, and the clamping chucks in a crosswise direction such that the right-angled triangular part S of the cloth Y held by the two-position holding device is located at a correct clamping position corresponding to the positions of the clamping chucks.
Methods and systems for protecting laundry
A laundry accessory protects laundry. The laundry accessory includes a body defining a cavity therein. The body includes a base and one or more sidewalls extending generally upward from the base. A plurality of rails are coupled to an upper portion of the sidewalls. The rails define a gateway in fluid communication with the cavity, and a gate is slidably coupled to the rails to selectively close the gateway for containing a solid object, such as a piece of laundry, in the cavity.
Method for feeding pieces of laundry to a laundry subsequent handling apparatus and device
A method and device for supporting the isolating of pieces of laundry from a pile of laundry by means of an imaging apparatus. A further imaging apparatus serves for raising a front edge region of the piece of laundry onto the feed conveyor in an aligned manner. Furthermore, the gripping of corners or also edges, in particular the alignment thereof, can be detected by means of an imaging apparatus. The gripping and aligning of the pieces of laundry can be controlled or regulated by way of the positions and edge contours of the same which are determined by the imaging apparatuses. As a result, reliable, fully automated isolating of pieces of laundry and/or fully automated, targeted feeding of pieces of laundry to a folding machine or another such laundry subsequent handling apparatus is ensured.
