Apparel design system including garment features with allocation insights
A system allows a user to create new designs for apparel and preview these designs before manufacture. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. As the user designs the garment, the system provides the user insight in their design process.
Apparel products by using fabric templates and laser finishing
Laser finishing of apparel products allows an operating model that reduces finishing cost, lowers carrying costs, increases productivity, shortens time to market, be more reactive to trends, reduce product constraints, reduces lost sales and dilution, and more. Improved aspects include design, development, planning, merchandising, selling, making, and delivering. The model uses fabric templates, each of which can be used to produce a multitude of laser finishes. Operational efficiency is improved.
RESIN COMPOSITION, OPTICAL FIBER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING OPTICAL FIBER
A resin composition includes a base resin containing a urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer, a monomer, and a photopolymerization initiator, and surface-modified inorganic oxide particles having an alkyl group having 1 or more and 8 or less carbon atoms or a phenyl group, wherein the content of the surface-modified inorganic oxide particles is 1% by mass or more and 60% by mass or less based on the total amount of the resin composition and the amount of surface modification on the surface-modified inorganic oxide particles is 0.15 mg/m.sup.2 or more.
Patterned fiber substrate
The present invention relates to a patterned fiber substrate comprising: a fiber substrate; and a pattern consisting of a functional material and formed on the fiber substrate, wherein at least a part of the functional material that constitutes the pattern is present in inside of the fiber substrate, the fiber substrate has a contact angle of 100 to 170 with pure water on its surface, and the pattern has a narrowest line width of 1 to 3000 m.
System and method of generating a pattern or image on fabric with linear laser irradiation, fabric made by said method, and products made with said fabric
A method of scribing abrasion aesthetics, patterns, images, serial numbers, ply markings and/or other information, such as sizing or care information, on fabric such as denim, before or during the fabric cutting process is provided. The method comprises loading the panel abrasion software, pattern marker software, and fabric scribing software; placing the fabric on a flat surface under at least one laser; laser scribing ply numbers, serial labels, fabric markers, and panel abrasions on the fabric; cutting the fabric into fabric lengths; spreading the pre-abraded and pre-marked fabric lengths on top of each other to create multiple plies in precise alignment; cutting shaped panels along the lines of the pattern marker with a conventional knife, laser, or other appropriate cutting tool; and stacking the abraded, labeled and shaped panels robotically or manually for sewing.
Outdoor Retail Space Structure
A structure has spaces that can accommodate at least two International Organization for Standardization compliant shipping containers. The structure has studs, joists, and rafters connected together above, besides, between, and in front of the spaces for the shipping containers. The structure provides for an attractive outdoor retail space with shading, allowing for signage, decorations, product display, ergonomics, and other retail design features. In an implementation, the structure is for a mobile retail space that is tailored for customizing and manufacture of the customized apparel, especially the laser finishing of products like jeans. The mobile retail space can be relocated to and deployed easily at various events, such as sports events and music festival venues.
NONWOVEN FIBROUS WEB
A fibrous web comprising multiple fibers, wherein the fibrous web has a major web surface; wherein the fibers near the major web surface comprise an outer surface; wherein the outer surface of the fibers compromises a recrystallized skin layer; wherein the recrystallized skin layer has a plurality of textures; and wherein at least another part of the outer surface is smooth.
Laser finishing design tool
A computer system of a finishing center, such as a mobile finishing center, includes a tool that allows a customer to preview or create new designs for apparel before purchase and before laser finishing. Software and lasers are used in finishing apparel to produce a desired wear pattern or other design. Based on a laser input file with a pattern, a laser will burn or ablate the pattern onto apparel. With the tool, the customer will be able to preview, create, make changes, and view images of a design, in real time, before purchase and burning or ablation by a laser. Input to the tool can include fabric template images, laser input files, and damage input. In an implementation, the customer or another user can also move, rotate, scale, and warp the image input.
ANTISTATIC DUSTPROOF FABRIC AND PROTECTIVE CLOTHING USING SAME
A dustproof fabric which includes an antistatic dustproof fabric having excellent antistatic properties, a high air permeability and high-level dustproof properties is provided. The antistatic dustproof fabric includes two or more fiber layers. At least one of the two or more fiber layers is a first fiber layer which contains a nonionic antistatic agent; and at least one of the two or more fiber layers is a second fiber layer which is electrically charged.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR THE PRODUCTION AND/OR PROCESSING OF A NONWOVEN GLASS FABRIC WEB
A method for producing and/or processing a nonwoven glass fabric web includes thermally drying the nonwoven glass fabric web via infrared radiation from an infrared radiation dryer. A specific power density of at least 153 kW/m.sup.2 is applied by the infrared radiation dryer to the surface of the nonwoven glass fabric web facing toward the infrared radiation dryer. After the irradiation by the infrared radiation dryer, the nonwoven glass fabric web has a temperature of at least 40 C. and at most 105 C. on its surface facing toward the infrared radiation dryer.
