Lighter and cigar splitter apparatus
An apparatus for opening up the sheath of a cigar and lighting the cigar, comprising a lighter, comprising a lighter frame; and a cigar splitter attached to the base of the lighter frame by an outside surface of the cigar splitter. The cigar splitter comprises a housing having two open ends, an inside wall, and the outside surface, an axis parallel to the inside wall and passing through the two open ends, the two open ends permitting insertion of a cigar along the axis through one of the two open ends and to exit through another of the two open ends; a blade attached to the inside wall and oriented along the axis, the blade suitable for cutting an outer sheath of the cigar as the cigar is inserted through the cigar splitter along the axis; and a loop attached to the outside surface of the housing.
KEY-RING
A key-ring included a first and a second ring slidably mounted relative to each other in a circumferential direction. The key-ring includes mutual engagement members configured to define a reference for an open ring configuration and/or a closed ring configuration.

Multi-function, multi-tool, electronic protective key fob
An electronic key fob includes a housing defining a recess, a communication system disposed in the housing and having a transceiver and power source that provides power to the transceiver, at least one button disposed in the housing, a tool disposed in the recess of the housing and moveable between a retracted position and an extended position, and a tool lock mechanism. The button is electrically connected to the transceiver. The tool lock mechanism is configured to move between a lock position in which the tool is locked in the retracted position and an unlock position in which the tool can move between the retracted extended position.
Article management clip and method of use thereof
An article management clip includes a body having a tab, a first arm extending from the tab, a second arm extending from the tab, and a first member connecting the first arm with the second arm. The tab has a securement nub, and the body includes a resilient material.

DEVICE FOR SECURING PROTECTIVE COVER OF SYRINGE
A device for securing a protective cover of a syringe includes a body which includes a fixing portion and a grip portion. The fixing portion has at least one clamp formed on the top thereof. The protective cover of the syringe is secured by the at least one clamp so that a safe distance is obtained between the protective cover and the user's finger. The user can easily and conveniently insert the needle into the protective cover.
Securement device
A securement device is provided. The securement device comprising: a ring comprising coplanar facing ends separated by a space; and a housing, a lock member positioned at least partially within the housing, wherein the lock member comprises a neck having a width less than the space, and a body having at least a portion with a width greater than the space; wherein the article is configured to adjust from a locked configuration to an unlocked configuration; the locked configuration preventing rotational translation of the ring through the housing; and the unlocked configuration allowing rotational translation of the ring through the housing.
Lanyard with double fastener
The lanyard described herein includes a double fastener for securely supporting an accessory, such as a watch face, phone or other item on a lanyard. The lanyard is preferably made from a traditional length of material that is intended to be worn around the neck of a wearer to provide access to an item held on an end of the lanyard near the chest of the wearer. The double fastener includes a latch strip connected to a base portion of the lanyard at one end with the other end looped back over and connected to the base portion by a hook-and-loop connection. The latch is subsequently secured by a locking mechanism which overlaps the latch and locks it in the fastened orientation. Accordingly, the double fastener not only supports the accessory with a latch but also ensures the latch does not inadvertently come undone by way of the lock.
Tamper-evident ring assemblies
A tamper-evident, single use, ring assembly, is assembled from first and second interengaging broken rings (1, 2). The first broken ring (1) is of a first material and the second broken ring (2) is of a second material. A break in the ring of the first material is offset circumferentially from a break in the ring of the second material. The assembly of the rings forms a closed ring assembly which can be cut through in the region of the break in the ring of the first material to open the ring assembly. At least one of the rings (1, 2) of the ring assembly is resiliently stressed in its assembled state such that, upon cutting through of the ring assembly, the confronting ends of the assembly move apart.
