The second yarn may be knitted at a second feed rate. The first feed rate may be greater than the second feed rate. The method may include dyeing the weighted fabric. The method may include framing the weighted fabric.

Skin-core structure fibers with both infrared and radar stealth, preparation method therefor, and use thereof

Skin-core structure fibers with both infrared and radar stealth, a preparation method therefor, and the use thereof are provided. The fibers are as follows: a core material of the skin-core structure fibers comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10 parts of paraffin; 0.7-1.5 parts of an electromagnetic wave absorbent; and 1 part of a high-molecular polymer, wherein the electromagnetic wave absorbent is one or more of ferroferric oxide-intercalated graphene oxide, nano ferroferric oxide and carbon black, and wherein the skin-core structure fiber is obtained by spinning the core material with a skin-layer material.

Silk-like woven garment containing or consisting of lyocell filaments

Silk woven fabric is known and renowned for its touch. The drawback of silk, however, is its price, its poor washability, and low resistance against certain chemical treatments. It is therefore the object of the invention to provide a silk-like woven fabric which overcomes these problems. According to the invention, this problem is solved by providing a silk-like woven fabric (2) made from weft yarns (4) and warp yarns (6), wherein at least one of the weft yarns (4) and the warp yarns (6) contains or consists of lyocell filaments (8). Especially twisted lyocell filament yarns are used, the resulting material has a touch comparable to silk and physical properties that are equal to or even surpass those of silk. Moreover, the lyocell filament yarns (4, 6) may have a higher twist than silk yarns, other cellulose yarns, or synthetic yarns.

SELF-LUBRICATING FABRIC AND PRODUCTION METHOD AND USE THEREOF
20180223903 · 2018-08-09 · ·

The present invention discloses a self-lubricating fabric, a method for producing the self-lubricating fabric, and use of the self-lubricating fabric. Warp yarns or weft yarns of the fabric are composite yarns formed from fluorinated resin yarns and other yarns. The surface area of the other yarns on one surface of the fabric takes up 0 to 30% of the total surface area of the composite yarns, and the ratio of the section diameter of the other yarns to the section diameter of the fluorinated resin yarns in the composite yarns is 0.12 to 0.80. The self-lubricating fabric is characterized by low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance property and high laminating strength, as well as simple production process, low cost and zero pollution to the environment. The fabric with low friction coefficient can be applied to mechanical moving parts, and is especially suitable for use in environment of low speed, high load and high or low temperature.

ANTISLIP SHEET MATERIAL HAVING TAPES AND MONOFILAMENTS

A sheet of material with an anti-skid surface, suitable for use as a roofing underlayment or wrapper, comprises a scrim made of woven plastic tapes with monofilaments that are round in cross-section and have a diameter larger than the thickness of the plastic tapes interwoven with the tapes. The monofilaments form ridges on the sheet material that impart an enhanced coefficient of friction to it. The monofilaments may be incorporated in the weave in the warp or weft directions or both.

FIBER ASSEMBLY

A fiber assembly that is obtained by melt-spinning a thermoplastic resin, in which a fiber diameter of the fiber assembly has a median diameter of 1 m or less, and a melt viscosity of the fiber assembly is 100 mPa.Math.s or more and 1000 mPa.Math.s or less.

A spacer fabric has a first planar warp-knitted fabric layer, a second planar warp-knitted fabric layer, and spacer threads separating the warp-knitted fabric layers, wherein the first warp-knitted fabric layer is formed from at least a first and a second thread system and has stitch wales that run in the production direction, as well as stitch courses that run in the crosswise direction. The first thread system is formed as a pillar stitch construction, and the threads of the second thread system are guided, without forming loops, along the production direction, in an alternating sequence, offset and alternately over at least two adjacent stitch wales. The threads of the first thread-system have a greater fineness than the spacer threads.
