Disclosed is a full-automatic method for manufacturing plant-fiber molding products and margin trimming and molding machines. The invention achieves functions: wet semi-finished product forming, hot press mold solidifying, and automatic margin trimming. The full-automatic method is as below: pulps are continuously made into wet semi-finished products by means of a suck-filter forming device, which is alternatively fed into hot-press molds of the left hot-press mold solidifying device and the right hot-press mold solidifying device after being heated to a certain temperature in hot-press molds for hot-press drying and solidifying. The dried and solidified products fall into the left positioning collecting tray and the right positioning collecting tray respectively from the left hot-press top mold and the right hot-press top mold, and are positioned therein. The full-automatic plant-fiber molding, mold solidifying and margin trimming machine includes a forming and solidifying device, a transfer device and a margin trimming device.

The invention relates to a reel-up (2) for receiving and winding into a roll (3) a paper web (W) that arrives from a drying cylinder (17) in a paper making machine (1). The reel-up (2) comprises a rotatably mounted reel spool (4) onto which a paper web (W) can be wound to create a paper roll (3) of increasing diameter and an endless flexible belt (5) mounted for rotation along a predetermined path of travel such that the flexible belt (5) forms a loop. The flexible belt (5) is positioned adjacent to the reel spool (4) to engage the paper web (W) against the reel spool (4) during winding such that the flexible belt (5) is deflected from the predetermined path of travel. According to the invention, the endless flexible belt (5) comprises electrically conductive material such that static electricity in the flexible belt (5) is dissipated away from the flexible belt (5). The invention also relates to a paper making machine in which the inventive reel-up is used and to a method of winding a paper web.

METHOD OF DETERMINING THE MOISTURE CONTENT OF A WEB OF CELLULOSE PULP

The present invention relates to a method of determining the moisture content of a web of cellulose pulp arriving at a pulp dryer. The method comprises measuring, at several instants during a predetermined time interval, the moisture content of said web using a moisture sensor arranged upstream of the pulp dryer; measuring state variables of drying medium of said pulp dryer; calculating, based on said moisture sensor measurements, a total value of moisture introduced into the pulp dryer by a portion of said web during said predetermined time interval; determining, based on said measured state variables, a predicted total value of moisture present inside the pulp dryer; comparing said calculated total value with said predicted total value to obtain a deviation therebetween; calibrating said moisture sensor using said deviation; and measuring the moisture content of a web of cellulose pulp using said calibrated moisture sensor.

A network-based system and method for providing desired moisture set point values for individual papers lines based on the physical properties of each liner and the atmospheric conditions associated with a corrugator is disclosed. The desired moisture set point values are based on the hygroexpansivity of each individual paper liner. Once the moisture set point value has been determined, a conditioning apparatus adjusts a moisture value for each liner in order to tune the post-warp characteristics of the final corrugated product.
