A clip (10) is provided with a body (12,14) that can house a device (16) such as a breathing monitor and that can attach to a garment. The body (12,14) forms a fixed jaw (18) and has a pivot jaw (24) that can pivot to grip the garment between fixed jaw(18) and pivot jaw (24). The clip (10) also has a pivoting lock (38) with a detent (42) that locks the pivot jaw (24) in a closed position, when the lock (38) is in a lock position.

The field of invention relates to wearable retainers, and more particularly pertains to a new and improved eyewear retainer apparatus (100) wherein the same permits securement of ornamental indicia such as hatpins (110), lapel pins, trading pins and the like thereto. The magnetic multipurpose wearable retainer (100) has a cylindrical cavity (240) configured to releasably retain the nail portion (315) of said ornamental indicia. Said wearable retainer (100) attaches to shirts (900), hats (1200), jackets (1000), and other articles of clothing and accessories (1100). The rounded element has a width, a length, and a rounded perimeter edge. The device also includes a continuous elastic band configured to stretch around the rounded element. During use, the rounded element is configured to be placed against an inner outer portion of a fabric layer of the garment and the elastic band is configured to wrap around an outer inner portion of the fabric layer of the garment such that the inner portion of the fabric layer completely surrounds the rounded element cinching the garment at the location of the device.

A clasp is configured to permanently interlock around a flexible strip of material and includes first and second interlocking members. Each interlocking member includes a plurality of hooks and a corresponding plurality of recesses, where the recesses of one interlocking member receive the hooks of the other interlocking member to secure a band within the clasp between the interlocking members. The recesses can be completely internal to the clasp to prevent external tampering. Each of the interlocking members can include various protrusions and ribs that compress and secure the band within the clasp, so as to prevent movement of the band between the interlocking members when interlocked.

A clasp is configured to permanently interlock around a flexible strip of material and includes first and second interlocking members. Each interlocking member includes a plurality of hooks and a corresponding plurality of recesses, where the recesses of one interlocking member receive the hooks of the other interlocking member to secure a band within the clasp between the interlocking members. The recesses can be completely internal to the clasp to prevent external tampering. Each of the interlocking members can include various protrusions and ribs that compress and secure the band within the clasp, so as to prevent movement of the band between the interlocking members when interlocked.

A handheld demi-face shield device is easy to use, and can be easily attached and removed from a user's face. The handheld demi-face shield device includes a demi-shield comprising an outer edge, a handle end, a left edge, a right edge, a block end, a bottom portion, and a top portion; a nose bridge, a dowel adapter; and a dowel handle. The nose bridge is removably affixed to demi-shield and the dowel adapter includes a slideable clip, a receiving portion, a face, plurality of dowel holes, a dowel cuff; there is also a dowel handle.

Provided is a fastener, which has advantages over the prior art in that a retaining force is not dependent upon the biasing force of a spring, the fastener hardly comes out, and is less restricted in size than the prior art. The fastener has another important advantage over the prior art in that it forms no hole in plain cloth. A fitting portion (2) and a base portion (3) are assembled to have a clamping unit (1) opened. A stopper (4) is pushed together with the plain cloth into the inside of the clamping unit (1). This clamping unit (1) is closed to hold the plain cloth between the outer circumference of the stopper (4) and the leading ends of holding means (26 and 36). With slide portions (22) being fully fitted in groove portions (32), retaining pawls (23) are fitted in pawl receivers (33b).
