The tool wall portion presenting pores, which are provided by a plurality of channels extending through the tool wall portion, from the product face to the back face. The channels are straight or curved with no more than one point of inflection.

A molded fiber part production line includes a forming station, a part transfer system, a press station, and a removal system. The forming station includes a slurry tank, a forming mold, and a mold actuation system. The part transfer system includes a part transfer feature and a conveyance mechanism. The press station includes a core mold, a cavity mold compatible with the core mold, and a press actuation system. The removal system includes a removal feature defining a plurality of part vacuum channels and a plurality of trim vacuum channels. The removal system also includes a conveyance mechanism for moving the removal feature from a position in engagement with at least one of the core mold and the cavity mold to another position.

A method of forming an undercut which is engageable with an edge, on a side wall of a cover intermediate body using a cover intermediate body and a secondary processing die. In the secondary processing die, a moving inner core has, on the outer surface thereof, a concave shape corresponding to a convex shape of the inner surface of the undercut. The moving inner core is made up of a plurality of core segments which are arranged along the circumferential direction. Each core segment is vertically movable along an inclined surface of a core. When the moving inner core is moved upward, the moving inner core transforms smaller than the inner diameter of the side wall of a cover. The slide core has, on the inner surface thereof, a convex shape corresponding to the concave shape of the undercut.
Packing material and method of manufacturing the packing material
A packing material including a plurality of discrete cushioning elements and methods for making the same. The discrete cushioning elements may be cellulosic cushioning elements. A flexible linkage may connect the plurality of discrete cushioning elements in the packing material. The packing material may also include a bottom cellulosic sheet connected to a top cellulosic sheet with the plurality of cellulosic cushioning elements positioned between the top cellulosic sheet and the bottom cellulosic sheet. The packing material may also be a molded packing material that includes bonds comprising adhesive and cellulosic fibers. The adhesive and cellulosic fibers of the bonds may be dispersed between the folds of each of the cellulosic cushioning elements.

A packing material including a plurality of discrete cushioning elements and methods for making the same. The discrete cushioning elements may be cellulosic cushioning elements. The packing material may also be a molded packing material that includes bonds comprising adhesive and cellulosic fibers. The adhesive and cellulosic fibers of the bonds may be dispersed between the folds of each of the cellulosic cushioning elements.
ROTATING PULP SUCTION AND ROBOT TRANSFER MOLDING MACHINE AND MOLDING METHOD
A rotating pulp suction and robot transfer molding machine includes: a frame and a pulp container located at an inner bottom of the frame. A pulp container drive mechanism is connected to the pulp container and drives the pulp container to move up and down. A pulp suction vacuum pipeline is arranged horizontally and two ends thereof are rotatably connected on the frame. A pulp suction mold is fixed on the middle of the pulp suction vacuum pipeline and connected thereto by a vacuumizing connecting structure. An extrusion mechanism downwardly engages with the pulp suction mold and extrudes pulp to prepare a wet blank of pulp product. A robot is mounted with a transfer mold and used to transfer the wet blank to outside of the frame. A high-low pressure sprinkler pipe is horizontally slidably connected with the frame and transversely arranged above the pulp suction vacuum pipeline.

A rotating pulp suction and robot transfer molding machine includes: a frame and a pulp container located at an inner bottom of the frame. MOLDING SYSTEM
A molding system includes a frame device, a scooping device, a demolding device, a cutting device, an inspection device, a packaging device, and a conveying device. The frame device defines a scooping zone, a hot pressing zone, a cutting zone, an inspection zone, and a packaging zone. The scooping device includes a pulp tank that is adapted to contain a slurry, and a scooping mold that is adapted to scoop the slurry such that the slurry forms a blank unit thereon. The cutting device is adapted to cut the blank unit into a plurality of blank bodies. The conveying device is adapted to convey the blank bodies from the cutting zone to the packaging zone through the inspection zone.
