A molding system includes a frame device, a scooping device, a demolding device, a cutting device, an inspection device, a packaging device, and a conveying device. The frame device defines a scooping zone, a hot pressing zone, a cutting zone, an inspection zone, and a packaging zone. The scooping device includes a pulp tank that is adapted to contain a slurry, and a scooping mold that is adapted to scoop the slurry such that the slurry forms a blank unit thereon. The cutting device is adapted to cut the blank unit into a plurality of blank bodies. The conveying device is adapted to convey the blank bodies from the cutting zone to the packaging zone through the inspection zone.

A PICK-UP PRESS DEVICE AND METHOD OF PRODUCING A 3D-MOLDED PRODUCT FROM A PULP SLURRY
20220081846 · 2022-03-17 ·

The document relates to a pick-up press device for use in a process of producing a 3D molded product from a pulp slurry comprising a pick-up press tool presenting a porous first product face; a press tool presenting a second product face; and a vacuum source, connected to the pick-up press tool. The pick-up press tool and the press tool are vertically movable relative one another, wherein, in a first relative position of the press tools, at least one of the product faces is positioned so as to receive a pulp slurry layer in liquid form to its product face, and wherein in a second relative position of the press tools, the product faces are pressed towards each other for pressing the pulp slurry layer. The device further comprises a first transfer tool, wherein the first transfer tool comprises a first forming surface portion, configured to conform to a first portion of the porous first product face, such that a forming gap is defined there between, said forming gap defining a desired pulp slurry layer thickness; and a second forming surface portion, configured to diverge from a second portion of the porous first product face, such that a non-forming space is defined by the second forming surface portion and a second portion of the porous first product face, said non-forming space having a greater thickness than the forming gap.

BIOCOMPOSITE MATERIAL

The present invention relates generally to biocomposite materials made of cellulose and wheat bran and/or oat husk, prepared by methods comprising mixing the husk or bran with an aqueous alkaline solution, stirring and/or homogenizing the mixture, admixing with cellulose pulp and thermoforming the material under conditions admitting curing, thereby obtaining improvements in strength measured as at least one of strain at peak (%), stress at peak (%) and Young's modulus (MPa).

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A 3D MOLDED PULP PRODUCT
20220081847 · 2022-03-17 ·

The document relates to a device for producing a 3D molded product from a pulp slurry, comprising a pair of cooperating press tools, each having a respective product face. The press tools are movable relative each other between a closed press position, wherein the product faces are sufficiently close to press the pulp product there between, and an open transfer position, wherein the pulp product can be removed from the product face of one of the press tools. At least one of the product faces is porous. The device further comprises a radiation heater, which is adapted to radiate heat towards the product face of the porous press tool, when the porous press tool is in its open position.

Electronic cigarette cartridge tube and method for preparing the same

An electronic cigarette cartridge tube and a method for preparing the same is introduced herein. Both of a filter tip and a cartridge container of the electronic cigarette cartridge tube are made respectively by consistent-and-continuous production machines used with a pulp-molding fabrication approach which is researched and improved, thereby integrally forming a solid geometrical shape of any one of the filter tip and the cartridge container. It can not only resolve the technical problems of the existing pulp-molding fabrication method that is incapable of producing a component (e.g. a cylinder-shaped longitudinal filter tip or cartridge container) of a cylinder-shaped lengthwise electronic cigarette cartridge tube, having a ratio, greater than one, of a maximum longitudinal height thereof being relative to a maximum transverse width thereof, but can also save its working cycle time, benefit its mass production, and assure its higher product yield and quality.

OIL-RESISTANT AGENT FOR PAPER

A paper oil-resistant agent which is added to the interior of paper and includes (1) a non-fluorine polymer and (2) at least one type of particles selected from inorganic particles or organic particles, the amount of the particles (2) being 1-99.9 wt % of the total weight of the non-fluorine polymer (1) and the particles (2). Also disclosed is an oil-resistant paper including the paper oil-resistant agent and a method for producing the oil-resistant paper.
