A pulp paper formed flange cover is provided. The pulp paper flange cover is adapted for protecting hydraulic motor/pump housing ports and openings, and surrounding surfaces. The flange cover may be infused with corrosion-preventive chemicals to protect the housing from corrosion. Additionally, the flange cover protects the housing surface from damage while preventing infiltration of the openings of the housing by contaminants.

The plant molding device includes a vessel for containing slurry, a mold unit connected to the vessel by a transmission line and realized product transmission by a guiding device. This process can use different components of plants to help shape and improve strength, and to achieve 99% plant material utilization rate, energy conservation and environmental protection. The device is of intelligent operation, low manual intervention, low cost, high production efficiency and product yield.

Flame or fire protection agent and production and use thereof, in particular for wood-, cellulose- and polyolefin-based products
The invention relates to the use of expanded graphite for reducing flammability and/or combustibility, in particular the use thereof as a flame protection agent and/or a fire protection agent, for materials and/or products which consist of or comprise wood fibers, cellulose fibers, wood powder, cellulose powder, wood granulates, cellulose granulates, and/or polyolefin-based materials. The invention further relates to materials and/or products which consist of or comprise wood fibers, cellulose fibers, wood powder, cellulose powder, wood granulates, cellulose granulates and/or polyolefin-based materials. In order to reduce the flammability and/or combustibility, expanded graphite is embedded into the materials and/or products, in particular in the form of a flame protection agent and/or a fire protection agent. The invention also relates to such an agent, in particular a flame protection agent and/or a fire protection agent, wherein expanded graphite is used alone or in combination with a boric acid/borax/alkali salt mixture. A particularly preferred area of use is binders, glues, and/or materials, products, and/or pre-products containing polyolefin-based materials in particular, preferably for damping (walls, floors, ceilings) and/or for floor and wall fittings. The invention is characterized by surprising advantages in fire protection tests with vertical edge flaming.

Dredging slurry system with pulp tank and controlling method of the same
A dredging slurry system with a pulp tank is introduced, which is applied for a wet paper pulp molding apparatus. The system comprises the pulp tank, a dredging slurry mold seat, an activating unit, a slurry-physical-feature detection unit and at least one inflow unit and a control unit. The slurry-physical-feature detection unit is used to detect at least one physical feature from a slurry within the pulp tank, during a plurality of different stages, thereby relatively outputting a physical feature data. The control unit is used to control the at least one inflow unit to a manner whether to pour a newly-added slurry into the pulp tank or not, depending upon the physical feature data.
