Method of making double-walled structure, and structure formed by the method
The document relates to a method of making a disposable double walled structure comprising an inner wall portion (51) surrounding a product space presenting a cross section and extending along an axial direction, perpendicular to the cross section, between first and second axially spaced apart portions, and an outer wall portion (52) at least partially surrounding the inner wall portion (51), wherein an insulating space is formed between the inner and outer wall portions. The method comprises forming the inner and outer walls (51, 52) in one piece, such that the inner and outer walls are connected at the first axial portion and at least partially overlap as seen in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction, and bending at least one of the inner (51) and outer (52) wall portions in the direction perpendicular to the axial direction towards the other one of the inner (51) and outer (52) wall portions at the second axial portion, so as to form the insulating space.
MOLDED FIBER PRODUCT PRODUCTION LINE UTILIZING FLUID TRIM OPERATION
A molded fiber part former includes a first forming mold defining a first mold area and at least one fluid inlet. The molded fiber part former also includes a wall substantially surrounding the first mold area. The molded fiber part former includes a fluid channel disposed adjacent to and surrounding the wall, wherein the channel is fluidically connected to the at least one fluid inlet and defines a fluid channel outlet.

A BARRIER SYSTEM
A packaging material is provided including a substrate, and an oxygen transmission inhibiting layer that is carried by the substrate. The oxygen transmission inhibiting layer is formed of a composite material including a linear polysaccharide medium within which one or more additives are dispersed. The composite material is capable of forming a substantially continuous film to provide a barrier to transmission of oxygen gas. The oxygen transmission inhibiting layer is configured within the packaging material at a thickness that is efficacious in inhibiting the transmission of oxygen gas therethrough. A packaging device has two or more component parts, at least one of which is formed of the packaging material. The component parts of the packaging device are shaped and/or configured to be assembled to define an interior region within which goods are to be contained.
