GEOENGINEERING CONSTRUCTIONS FOR USE IN RAILWAYS
There is disclosed a railway geogrid construction suitable for use with high speed trains to mitigate the increased impact of Rayleigh waves generated at high speed and/or over soft subgrades, the construction comprising: a track bed (e.g. having rails for a train) which defines a track located on a track plane; a mass of particulate material (e.g. aggregate) forming a layer located beneath the track plane; and a geogrid located in and/or below the particulate mass in a plane (geogrid plane) substantially parallel to the track plane where the average distance between the track plane and geogrid plane, measured perpendicular to both is greater than 0.65 metres.

Magnetic Railroad Clip
A magnetic railroad clip is able to stay engaged to the rails of a railroad track as a train passes over the rails. The magnetic railroad clip includes a base plate, a first brace, a second brace, and at least one magnet. The base plate is used to brace the underside of a rail of a railroad track. The first brace and the second brace allow the magnetic railroad clip to be pressed against the sides of the rail. The second brace further allows a heating device such as, but not limited to, a hot switch induction head to be mounted to the rail. The at least one magnet provides a magnetic fulcrum effect that prevents the first brace from dropping below the underside of the rail. Thus, the magnetic railroad clip can stay engaged and/or pull tighter to the railroad track rail as a train passes over the rail.
MATRIX TRACK STRUCTUE AND SYSTEM, PRODUCTION LINE WITH ASSOCIATED LOOPS AND PRODUCTION METHOD USING THE PRODUCTION LINE
Disclosed are a matrix track system, a production line with associated loops and a production method using the production line. The matrix track system includes a plurality of track nodes which are arranged in a matrix and a plurality of fixed guide rails connecting the track nodes. The fixed guide rails include a plurality of longitudinal guide rails and a plurality of transverse guide rails. Each of the track nodes includes a turnout mechanism which includes a straight guide rail, an arc guide rail and a switch component for the switching of the straight guide rail and the arc guide rail.

Multiple tier elevated light train
A method for enabling elevated trains to travel both above as well as below a vertically-tiered pair of tracks by having wheels both in the upper and lower area of the train with the ability to switch from traveling on the upper tracks using lower wheels to traveling on the lower track using tipper wheels, where the said method of switching between upper and lower tracks enables trains to be moved between multiple levels serving as passing loops as well as vertical depots.
CABLE TROUGH
A cable trough (1) has a base (2) a plurality of sidewalls (3) and open ends (5, 6) arranged for connection to the open end of another cable trough to form a cable trough system. Both open ends (5, 6) are provided with a multiway connector (25, 26). The multiway connectors (25, 26) comprise both a groove (9) to receive the tongue (11) of another cable trough and a tongue for insertion into the groove of another cable trough. Both ends are capable of connection to a male connector (16) of another cable trough, comprising a tongue, and capable of connection to a female connector (15) of another cable trough, comprising a groove.
