TELESCOPIC MULTIFUNCTIONAL WORKING VEHICLE CAPABLE OF OPERATING IN BOTH DIRECTIONS AND EVACUATING TRANSVERSELY AND APPLICATION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to the technical field of engineering technology equipment and methods, in particular to a telescopic multifunctional working vehicle capable of operating in both directions and evacuating transversely, and an application method thereof. The telescopic multifunctional working vehicle comprises a fixing and lifting mechanism and a transverse moving and lifting mechanism. The working vehicle is composed of a front vehicle body and a rear vehicle body, wherein the front vehicle body is connected with the rear vehicle body through a telescopic mechanism used for realizing the contraction and the expansion between the front vehicle body and the rear vehicle body. The working vehicle is further provided with a hanging system used for hanging and moving working devices. A rail clamping device is arranged at the bottom of the working vehicle.

METHOD FOR FIXING A RAIL OF A RAIL TRACK WITH THERMAL CONDITIONING OF A RAIL PORTION, AND ASSOCIATED RAIL MACHINE
In order to fix a rail of a rail track using a rail machine, the rail machine is moved in a working direction so that at all times a portion of the rail which is not attached to a cross-member of the rail track passes through a thermal conditioning zone of a thermal conditioning device of the rail machine, a temperature of a surface region of the portion of the rail passing through the thermal conditioning zone is modified using the thermal conditioning device by generating a non-homogeneous temperature distribution in the portion of the rail, and the portion of the rail is fixed to a cross-member of the rail track, after modification of the temperature of the surface region of the portion of the rail, without waiting for the temperature distribution in the portion of the rail to be homogenized.
Versatile Light Rail Bed Paver
A concrete finishing and forming machine adapted for rail trackbed deck construction accommodates various plinths and channels needed for light rail construction. The adjustably configurable machine comprises a rigid frame disposed above a deck by vertically upright, adjustable jack stands supported at their bottoms by wheeled, powered bogies adapted to traverse upon suitable rails on opposite sides of the deck. The jack-stands may be connected to supporting swing arms that extend from pivot sleeves enabling to angularly swing out from the frame. A slidable carriage that is longitudinally displaceable within the frame supports at least one downwardly extending, vertically adjustable paving head having a tool that, when immersed within wet concrete and then horizontally displaced, strikes off elongated, smoothed channels resembling pathways upon the concrete. The heads are longitudinally displaceable relative to the carriage so they may be spaced apart such that plinth strips are concurrently formed between the channels.
Maintenance vehicle
A maintenance vehicle has a vehicle frame, supported on on-track undercarriages, on which are arranged two side walls extending in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle and adjustable with respect to one another and relative to the vehicle frame in a transverse direction of the vehicle by way of drives. The vehicle is equipped with at least one load crane which is displaceable on a crane guide that extends in the transverse direction of the vehicle. The crane guide, designed to be elongatable in the transverse direction of the vehicle, is connected at each end to a side wall.

The crane guide, designed to be elongatable in the transverse direction of the vehicle, is connected at each end to a side wall.

A track maintenance machine includes a machine frame being movable on a track, a plurality of working units, and a combustion engine to be connected by a clutch to a transfer case. Hydraulic pumps for supplying a plurality of hydraulic drives of a hydraulic system are connected to the transfer case. An electric motor is provided as an alternative drive of the transfer case for permanent energy supply of the working units and drives. The electric motor is coupled to an intermediate circuit to be supplied with electric energy by a vertically adjustable pantograph to be applied to a catenary of the track. A generator or an electric energy storage device is provided for alternative energy supply of the intermediate circuit. A method for operation of an energy supply system is also provided.
