Gauge enhancer body jewelry system and method
The gauge enhancer body jewelry system allows individuals to increase their earlobes to the size they desire. It eliminates the need to constantly purchase new gauges as earlobes expand. It reduces pain associated with the enlargement process and forcing uncomfortably large gauges into earlobe holes. As designed it decreases the risk of infection from removing and replacing gauges. The present invention saves a considerable amount of time and frustration, and allows individuals to enlarge their earlobes at their own pace.
EARRING BACK SUPPORTER WITH ADDITIONAL ORNAMENT
A decorative earring structure in the form of an elongated wire piece having contiguous wire piece sections including at least a proximal top wire piece section that is in the form of a wire piece arcuate loop that is constructed and arranged to extend over, about and behind the ear of a wearer, and a distal turned wire piece section that is constructed and arranged for positioning behind the ear lobe. A support receptacle is disposed at a free end of the distal turned wire piece and disposed at a back side of the ear lobe, and a support post is disposed at a front side of the ear lobe, engageable with the support receptacle and for retaining the decorative earring structure in place.
JEWELRY ARTICLE WHICH CAN BE DISASSEMBLED
A jewelry article (10, 110, 210) with an ornamental element (11) comprises a ring nut (12) with an internal seat (13) provided at one end of the ring nut with a first opening (14) for introduction of the ornamental element (11) and at an opposite end with a second opening (15) from which the ornamental element (11)—emerges. A closing cap (16) closes the first opening (14) after the introduction of the ornamental element (11) into the seat (13). The closing cap (16) comprises a first peripherally threaded disk (18) and a second disk (19) with a face (24) which is intended to form an external closing surface of the first opening (14) of the ring nut. The two disks (18, 19) are fixed to each other. Fixing may be performed by means of fastening pins (26).
Wearable device and system for personal audio messaging
A unique system for providing wireless messaging to a user within an earring type device is described. The earring type device (any type of ear jewelry—pierced, clip-on, cuff, etc.) includes an embedded wireless Audio Clip Player, a Bluetooth transceiver, a speaker, battery with wired or wireless charging, memory to hold configuration or audio files, and switches (mechanical, capacitive touch, etc.) for control. The utility of these electronics embedded in the earring is so to periodically (predetermined timing) play short audio clip messages to the user's ear with the ambient noise, as if someone were whispering in their ear. The system includes a smartphone application that manages timing and transmits audio clips for personal messaging as well as creates a platform for social media and repository of audio clips from a community of users.

Ornaments
A personal ornament that includes: a base portion that includes a pair of right-and-left base-side engaging ring portions, and fixes and holds a gemstone; and a frame portion that includes a pair of right-and-left frame-side engaging ring portions to be coupled to the base-side engaging ring portions, and that supports the base portion, the base portion and the gemstone being supported to be swingable with respect to the frame portion. The personal ornament also includes a protective member that protects, from an outside, at least the frame-side engaging ring portions, and coupling parts of the base-side engaging ring portions with respect to the frame-side engaging ring portions.
Earring backing without hole
This disclosure relates to the use of anmornamental elastomeric earring back fastener comprised of silicone, silicone rubber or rubber wherein the earring back fastener is without any hole which can receive an earring post in order to support an earring to an earlobe. The earring backing can may include sphere, square, rectangle rhombus, or other ornamental shapes. The hardness of the earring backing may vary between 10 shore A to 90 shore A, but 20 shore A to 40 shore A is preferred.
MODULAR EARRING ASSEMBLY
Disclosed is a modular earring assembly including two or more separate earring components that may be connected together in a variety of different ways to provide different earring presentations to the user or be separately used. The modular earring assembly allows a user to pick and match two or more earring components in the assembly to a desired presentation or to use any one component of the modular earring assembly alone.
