A stencil device for forming configurations in deformable material includes a first member having ridge portions integrally joined to channel portions that promote the insertion of the ridge portions of the first member into deformable material; and a second member having ridge portions integrally joined to protrusion portions that promote the insertion of the ridge portions of the second member into deformable material; whereby, the first and second members ultimately form a design pattern across a preselected surface of deformable material by alternating the insertion and removal of said first and second members across the preselected surface of the deformable material.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MIXING GROW MEDIA AND ADDMIXTURES WITH A POLYMER FOR SPRAYING ONTO SURFACES FOR THE GROWING OF PLANTS AND THE MANAGEMENT OF WATER

The invention taught is a method and apparatus to mix a special polymer, hot water or other hot water material containing additives and a special mixture of dry growing substances mixed in a particular way so that they may be applied to structures such as to ceilings, walls, and any grade of vertical slants, commercial roofs, courtyards, indoor and outdoor applications. The purpose is to coat any surface and grow any plant for any reason be it erosion control, beautification of an area. The invention would help in reforestation after fires and such. This invention has a wide range of applications and so it is impossible to limit it to just one of these applications. Green parking lots and green areas that before could not be made green is just one area for the invention

Coating System For Asphalt And Related Methods

A coating system and related methods for an airfield surface or a roadway is described. The coating system may include a stable cationic emulsion for application to the airfield surface or the roadway. The stable cationic emulsion may include a) an asphalt blend comprising gilsonite, wherein the gilsonite is modified to possess a positive charge, b) one or more polymers, and c) one or more surfactants not including a cationic surfactant. The coating system may also include a fine aggregate material for application to the stable cationic emulsion applied to the airfield surface or the roadway.

A first construction module for a modular landing platform is for vertical landing aircraft. The module includes a module body with a resting wall placed on a supporting surface. A landing wall opposite to the resting wall is adapted be contacted by the aircraft during the landing step. First and second interconnecting walls are opposite to each other and interposed between the resting wall and the landing wall. First and second coupling portions protrude laterally outwards from the first interconnecting wall, the first and second coupling portions being of a different type and mutually spaced apart. Third and fourth coupling portions protrude laterally outwards from the second interconnecting wall, and are of a different type and spaced apart. The third and fourth coupling portions of the first module are adapted to couple respectively with the first and second coupling portions of a second module identical to the first module.

Structural cells, matrices and methods of assembly

Structural cells and matrices using the structural cells for positioning below a hardscape that define a void space therein, the structural cells, matrices using the cells and methods of assembly allowing in one embodiment the introduction of a structural fluid such as concrete to provide an alternative structural cell and matrix product. In one embodiment a structural cell assembly is described comprising a structural cell with a plurality of legs integrally linked to a frame at a first frame end, the frame linking the legs together and the frame defining a generally flat plane with the legs extending substantially orthogonally away from the first frame end about the frame flat plane to a leg terminal end; and a separate plate engaging the legs, the separate plate comprising linked sockets, each socket engaging the leg terminal end; and/or linked sockets, each socket engaging the leg frame ends or a part thereof.

RUNWAY ARRANGEMENT FOR SIMULTANEOUS LANDING AND TAKE OFF

An airport runway arrangement for commercial aircraft comprises a first runway section, a second runway section extending substantially in prolongation of the first runway section and an intermediate section between the first and second runway sections.
