Thermographic module for pavers
A system comprising a temperature measurement device for continuously detecting temperature values of a pavement laid by means of a paver. The system further comprises an image recording unit and an evaluation unit. The evaluation unit is configured to determine an area of the laid pavement as a deviation area, if, based on temperature values detected for the area, one or more deviation criteria are fulfilled, wherein the determination is carried out during laying and in temporal proximity to the detection of the temperature values for the area. The system is additionally configured to generate, making use of the image recording unit, an image assigned to the deviation area.
Screed tow point assembly for paver
A tow point assembly for attaching a screed to a traction unit of a paver, the tow point assembly including a tow arm having a forward end and a rearward end adapted to be secured to the screed, a tow point support adapted to be secured to the traction unit, and a tow point lift mechanism. The tow point lift mechanism has a first end adapted to be secured to one of the traction unit and the tow point support, and a second end connected to the forward end of the tow arm. The forward end of the tow arm defines a pull point axis where the traction unit pulls the screed and a pivot axis where the tow arm pivots relative to the traction unit. The pull point axis and the pivot axis are coaxial.
Road finisher with liftable chassis
A road finisher including an undercarriage, a chassis, a hopper, a paving screed, and a lifting device for lifting the chassis relative to the undercarriage at least in a rear region of the road finisher. The lifting device comprises a rocker mounted rotatably around an undercarriage rotational axis at an undercarriage-side bearing surface and rotatably around a chassis rotational axis at a chassis-side bearing surface. The lifting device further comprises a length-variable adjustment member connecting a chassis-side link point to a rocker-side link point and configured to change a distance between the chassis-side link point and the rocker-side link point by changing its length to selectively lift or lower the chassis relative to the undercarriage. A distance between the chassis rotation axis and the undercarriage rotation axis is greater than a distance between the chassis rotation axis and the chassis-side bearing surface.
Road finisher with pivoting material deflector
A road finisher includes a lifting device which is designed to lift the chassis relative to the undercarriage at least in a rear region of the road finisher. The road finisher further comprises a material deflector, which can be pivoted relative to the chassis, and that is arranged between the two traction tracks.
System, apparatus, and method for using integrated generator in a mobile machine as jobsite charging station
A system, apparatus, and method may operatively couple to an integrated generator that supplies power to a component of a mobile machine that intermittently demands power during operation of the mobile machine and to a charging station. On condition that the component in the mobile machine does not need power, power may be supplied to the charging station. On condition that an electric mobile machine is connected to the charging station, power from the charging station may be supplied to the electric mobile machine. Otherwise, power may be supplied to the charging station in an energy accumulator to store the power.
System and method for removing material build-up in mixing chamber of rotary mixer machine
A method and system for removing material build-up in a mixing chamber of a rotary mixer machine. The system includes one or more actuators coupled to the mixing chamber and to a frame of the rotary mixer machine. Further, the system includes a controller configured to receive an input and activate the one or more actuators in response to the input to induce a forward and backward rocking motion in the mixing chamber to cause a dislodgement of the material build-up from the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber executes the forward and backward rocking motion between a first position and a second position about an axis disposed transversally to a length of the rotary mixer machine.
Method for working ground pavements, as well as self-propelled construction machine
In a self-propelled construction machine for working ground pavements comprising at least one machine frame, at least one height-adjustable milling drum for working the ground pavement in a working operation, driven by at least one drive unit, at least one control device for monitoring and controlling the milling depth of the milling drum and the speed of the construction machine,
it is provided for the following features to be achieved: that a monitoring device detects an interruption of the working operation, and when detecting the interruption of the working operation emits a signal to interrupt the drive of the milling drum.
GRADE AND SLOPE LOCKOUT FOR EXTENDER MOVEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
Systems and methods for implementing a machine control system in a construction machine having an implement with an extender. The machine control system may include an acceleration sensor mounted to the implement and a processor configured to perform various operations. The operations may include determining that the extender is not moving and in response operating under a first control scheme. Operating under the first control scheme may include receiving acceleration data from the acceleration sensor, generating an estimated slope of the implement based on the acceleration data, and modifying a slope of the implement based on the first estimated slope by causing movement of at least one tow arm. The operations may also include determining that the extender is moving and in response operating under a second control scheme. Operating under the second control scheme may include maintaining the slope of the implement substantially constant.
Machine for realizing pavements
Device for realizing surfacing, in general, realizing surfaces that differ in nature, and more especially for realizing concrete pavements. In particular, it concerns a machine for realizing concrete roads, more especially a type of machine where work can be done without lateral formwork, in such way that after the machine has passed, the road is completely finished and that one only has to wait for the concrete to set and possibly seal the expansion joints before commissioning the road.
