Avalanche triggering apparatus
An avalanche triggering apparatus having a tower, a detonation chamber, and gas supply lines that are configured to deliver fuel gas and oxidizer to the detonation chamber. The flow is gas is controlled remotely, and a spark plug is configured to ignite gases within the detonation chamber based on the flow of fuel gas through a flow switch that acts as a sensor. The detonation chamber has a closed, rounded top and an open bottom end that is configured to face a snow surface. The detonation chamber is connected to the tower via mounting brackets and two pairs of isolator springs. Each isolator spring is comprised of a helical cable isolator that is inserted through a plurality of holes in two aluminum members in a helical configuration. The tower is comprised of at least two sections that are secured together via flanges.
Sediment control device
A sediment control device is disclosed. The device includes an elongate fabric and a plurality of sleeves attached to the fabric. The plurality of sleeves extend generally perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the fabric and are configured to receive a stake for securing the sediment control device to soil. Each sleeve is spaced a distance from an adjacent sleeve. In use, the fabric is laid out along a soil path, a bottom portion of the fabric is trenched into soil, and the stake is inserted into each sleeve such that the sediment control device is secured to soil. The bottom portion can then be backfilled.
AVALANCHE TRIGGERING SYSTEM
An explosion chamber for an avalanche triggering system including a lower half-chamber closed at its lower end and having an opening at its upper end, and an upper half-chamber closed at its upper end and having an opening at its lower end. The lower end of the upper half-chamber extends around the upper end of the lower half-chamber, or the upper end of the lower half-chamber extends around the lower end of the upper half-chamber, so as to create at least one gas flow channel. The gas flow channel includes a baffle formed by the lower end of the upper half-chamber and the upper end of the lower half-chamber.

The application is characterized in that the screen has a frame, wherein the screen element is connected to the frame, and the frame is connected to the securing element. The application additionally relates to a method for shielding an area of operation.
