The substantially vertical portion is positioned on the second side of the horizontal portion to impede movement of the rolling vehicle when traveling towards the second side of the horizontal portion from the first side of the horizontal portion. The connector portion is where the horizontal portion connects to the vertical portion.

A parking space is reserved by raising a chain about three feet above a parking space. The chain is attached to a post, and a weight is attached to the chain to lower the chain along the post and to drag the lowering chain along the parking space toward the post for full access. A motor with a speed reducer turns a shaft with a chain drive gear and an encoder. A signal receiver and control start the motor to raise or lower the chain when one of two buttons is pressed on a key fob by the authorized space user. The encoder is connected to the control to stop the chain when fully up or down. A stop trigger on the chain activates a stop switch when the chain is fully raised.

Magnetic retractable line divider

A magnetic retractable line divider may include at least a reel assembly having a shell, and a magnetic portion is installed thereon. An elastic line divider belt is wound on the reel assembly, and a magnetic member is connected to a lateral end of the line divider belt. The line divider belt is configured to be horizontally pulled out from the reel assembly and travel a preferred distance to attach to a magnetic object, thus achieving line divider effect. Moreover, when someone pushes against the line divider belt with or over a preferred force, the magnetic member is configured to be detached from the magnetic object and automatically retracted into the reel assembly, thus avoiding accident.

The end treatment array further includes a containment impact sled having an axially extending frame. The frame has a width sufficient to contain the transition barrier module within the frame when in an assembled configuration, and has an axial length which is at least one-half the length of the transition barrier module. The frame defines an interior volume, the purpose of which is to contain a substantial portion of the transition barrier module in the assembled configuration, and to contain debris caused by destruction of the plastic barrier modules in a vehicular impact. The containment impact sled is attached to the transition barrier module.
