Barrier System and Barrier System Installation Method
Disclosed herein is a bollard system including an impact receiving post and a foundation cage. The impact receiving post includes an outer surface, a proximal end, and a distal end. The foundation cage defines a three-dimensional lattice structure. The foundation cage is coupled to the proximal end of the impact receiving post and is configured for installation in concrete beneath a ground surface. The foundation cage defines a recess to receive a proximal portion of the impact receiving post. The foundation cage includes a horizontal stop member at least partially extending across the recess and supporting the impact receiving post and preventing the impact receiving post from extending further into the foundation cage before the concrete sets.
Vehicle impact barrier system and vehicle impact barrier unit for use therein
Vehicle impact barrier system (300) comprising a series of impact barrier units (310) and at least one linkage means (332). A first impact barrier unit is linked to at least one other impact barrier unit by said at least one linkage means.
MOBILE BARRIER
A safety trailer is shown including first and second platforms, at least one of said first and second platforms having an axle and wheels attached thereto; a plurality of interconnected wall sections positioned between and connected to the first and second platforms, the plurality of wall sections defining a protected work area on a side of the trailer; and wherein the trailer supports a ballast member, the ballast member being positioned near a first side of the trailer and the wall sections near a second, opposing side of the trailer, the ballast member offsetting, at least partially, a weight of the plurality of wall sections.

SHALLOW FOUNDATION BOLLARD STRUCTURES
A bollard structure includes a base and a bollard. The base includes an upper wall, a lower wall, a first side wall extending between the upper and lower walls, a second side wall extending between the upper and lower walls and spaced apart from the first side wall, and a mid-wall extending between the upper and lower walls and between the first and second sidewalls. The bollard penetrates the upper wall and extends to the lower wall between the two sidewalls, such that the mid-wall extends from the bollard.
BARRIER SYSTEMS WITH IMPACT RESISTANT RAILS THAT EXTEND ALONG THE FLOOR
Barrier systems with impact resistant rails that extend along the floor are disclosed. A barrier system includes a base to be anchored to a floor. The base includes sidewalls defining a channel along a length of the base. The barrier system further includes a tube extending along the channel. A bottom edge of the tube to be below top edges of the sidewalls.
BYPASS MERGE LANES
A system to improve the management of through traffic and vehicles entering and exiting a multilane roadway. The lanes are separated by at least one lane separator which should not be crossed by traffic along a designated portion of the roadway, such as within a predetermined distance from a roadway entrance or exit. The at least one lane separator may be any lane marking, barrier, or the like. The at least one lane separator can be any length and located anywhere with respect to the lanes.
Energy absorbing apparatus
An energy absorbing apparatus is provided and includes an outer shell having opposed ends, left and right side walls and a hollow core. The shell further includes a plurality of longitudinally spaced apart fold points positioned on the left and right side walls at a height which substantially corresponds to a center of gravity of a road vehicle where the fold points facilitate a controlled folding of the side walls and at least part of the shell, at or around, the fold points, during an end on impact.

Vehicle Barrier
A vehicle barrier includes a longitudinally extending beam positioned vertically above a ground level and separating a protected side from an attack side, the beam comprising beam sections, each of the beam sections comprising a web oriented generally parallel to the ground level, a line post positioned on the attack side and comprising a bottom end positioned in a concrete foundation and a frame, a line brace having a first brace end located with the frame and a second end secured in the concrete foundation such that the line brace and the concrete foundation form adjacent sides of a vertex on the protected side, and adjacent beam sections pivotally connected to each other at the frame and the first brace end.
