Bio-derived composition for dust control
Bio-derived glycerides formed from a reaction between waste glycerol and biodegradable or bio-derived fatty acid esters such as crude biodiesel or soybean oil triglycerides are useful as dust suppressants, binders, and stabilizing agents.
Methods for maintaining unpaved roads
Methods are described for maintaining unpaved roads. The methods include applying an aqueous composition to a section of an unpaved road (such as a mine haul road in a mine). The aqueous composition includes from 5 to 10,000 ppm of a synthetic polymer in water, and may be applied periodically. The synthetic polymer may be compatible with chemical processes employed by the mine, and the method may also include subsequently mining the section of the mine haul road.

INTELLIGENT DUST ANALYSIS AND SUPPRESSION DURING ROAD HAULAGE OF MINING OUTPUT
According to one embodiment, a method, computer system, and computer program product for dust suppression is provided. The present invention may include collecting, from a plurality of sensors, environmental data pertaining to one or more monitored segments comprising a route; based on the environmental data and historical data, identifying a moisture level and a dust level of the one or more monitored segments; based on the environmental data and the historical data, extrapolating a moisture level and dust level of one or more unmonitored segments comprising the route; and based on the historical data, the moisture levels and the dust levels for the monitored segments and unmonitored segments, determining one or more abatement measures for the route.

Aqueous Based Dust Control Compositions and Methods
Compositions and methods of reducing release of fugitive dust from particulate substrates are provided. The method involves applying a composition onto the substrate in an amount effective to reduce dust release and remain effective for an extended period of time, wherein the composition comprises an aqueous medium, a surface modifying agent, and a dispersant.
