A connecting structure, standard sections, a channel having the standard sections, and an irrigation system are provided. The standard sections each comprise a bottom plate and side plates fixedly connected to both sides of the bottom plate; the three plates form a standard section body in a groove structure. Two ends of the standard section are respectively provided with a male buckle and a female buckle, or the two ends of the standard section are both provided with the male buckle or the female buckle. The male buckle comprises a male buckle connection plate. The female buckle comprises a female buckle connection plate having a U-shaped groove. Moreover, the thickness of the male buckle connection plate matches the width of the U-shaped groove, in order to prevent the male buckle connection plate from coming out of the U-shaped groove of the female buckle connection plate after being inserted therein.

METHOD FOR LOWERING GLOBAL TEMPERATURE
20190110409 · 2019-04-18 ·

The invention discloses a method for reducing the global temperature, comprising a barge, a belt conveyor and a water pump, characterized in that the following steps are taken: a) transporting a number of empty barges to a region covered with ice floes in the north and south poles, and then using belt conveyor to load the accumulated ice floes into the empty barge; b) drives the barge loaded with ice to the nearest desert country; c) builds more than one reservoir on the desert coast, and a number of artificial canals were built in the sluice of the reservoir; these canals run through the desert to form a hydraulic transport network; d) drain the melted ice water to the reservoir on the coast by gravity or a pump, and open the sluice; ice water flows into the canal, and trees or grass are planted on both banks of the canal.

Channel drain
10240332 · 2019-03-26 ·

A channel drain for use in a fabricated surface having an exposed appearance. The channel drain includes a first body having a plurality of support surfaces, with each support surface extending from a respective body sidewall in spaced relation to a body lower wall. A plurality of inserts are insertable into the first body. Each insert includes an insert cavity sized and structured to receive a selected material having an appearance substantially identical to the exposed appearance of the fabricated surface. Each insert is supported by certain ones of the plurality of support surfaces when inserted into the first body and is sized and structured to define a gap between the pair of body sidewalls when inserted into the first body, with the gap allowing for fluid to flow therethrough toward the body lower wall.

Apparatus for controlling water flow from an irrigation ditch
10233603 · 2019-03-19 · ·

An apparatus for controlling water flow from an irrigation ditch can include a first conduit connecting portion adapted to be coupled with a first conduit, the first conduit having an opening for receiving water from the irrigation ditch, a second conduit connecting portion adapted to be coupled with a second conduit, the first and second conduit connecting portions being adapted to be arranged for allowing passage of the received water from the first conduit to the second conduit. In a first operating configuration, the first conduit connecting portion is positioned for elevating the opening of the first conduit at an elevated position to prevent water from being received into the opening. In a second operating configuration, the first conduit connecting portion is positioned for lowering the opening of the first conduit to allow water to be received into the opening.

A system for improving fluid circulation in a raceway pond

The present disclosure relates to a system for improving fluid circulation in a raceway pond. The system comprises at least one mid-wall, which is obliquely disposed within the raceway pond. The mid-wall divides the raceway pond into at least two portions, such that the portions are connected to and in fluid communication with each other. The obliquely disposed mid-wall improves the fluid circulation in the raceway pond.
