Pile upending device
A pile upending device for large diameter tubular elements includes; an annular base ring for extending along substantially the entire circumference of the tubular element, a central lifting arm for coupling the pile upending device to a hoisting element, which lifting arm is hingeably coupled with the base ring, a number of wedge assemblies disposed along the outside circumference of the base ring for facing the inside surface of the tubular element and frictional engagement with the tubular element.

The present invention relates to a vibratory pile driving apparatus for upending a pile and for driving a pile into the ground and/or extracting a pile out of the ground. The apparatus comprises a frame clement. a clamping device, attached to the frame clement at a first side thereof and configured to clamp the pile, at least one vibrator device. attached to the frame element at a second side, opposite to the first side, and configured to subject the frame element and the clamping device to a vibratory load. and a lifting yoke, rotatably connected to the frame element. The pile driving apparatus is configured to be suspended from a crane by the lifting yoke during use and the lifting yoke is configured to be rotated relative to the frame element to move the pile driving apparatus between a loading configuration and a pile driving configuration. The lifting yoke comprises one or more dampening elements, which are. during use. configured to deform to inhibit transmission of vibrations to the crane.

DRILLING UNIT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FOUNDATION IN SOIL AND/OR A FOUNDATION UNDER WATER
The invention relates to a drilling unit for producing a foundation in a ground and/or a foundation under water, wherein the drilling unit comprises a drive unit and a cutting ring, wherein the cutting ring is rotatably mounted on the drilling unit and can be driven by means of the drive unit, wherein the drilling unit is configured such that it can be arranged and detachably fastened to an end of a bored pile, in particular the end facing the ground, for sinking, preferably vertically, into the ground. The invention further relates to a device comprising such a drilling unit, a cutting ring and a method for producing a foundation in a ground and/or a foundation under water.
DRILLING UNIT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A FOUNDATION IN SOIL AND/OR A FOUNDATION UNDER WATER
The invention relates to a drilling unit for producing a foundation in a ground and/or a foundation under water, wherein the drilling unit comprises a drive unit and a cutting ring, wherein the cutting ring is rotatably mounted on the drilling unit and can be driven by means of the drive unit, wherein the drilling unit is configured such that it can be arranged and detachably fastened to an end of a bored pile, in particular the end facing the ground, for sinking, preferably vertically, into the ground. The invention further relates to a device comprising such a drilling unit, a cutting ring and a method for producing a foundation in a ground and/or a foundation under water.
Vibratory hammer with electric motor
A vibratory hammer (1) for driving or retracting sheet piles, pipes or other elements into or from the soil, comprises a vibration case (2). A clamp (17) is attached to the vibration case (2). The clamp (17) comprises gripping jaws (18) for gripping the sheet piles or other elements. A yoke (3) is connected to the vibration case (2) via one or more vibration damping elements for suspending the vibratory hammer (1) from a hoist cable or the like. In the vibration case (2) an even number of pairwise arranged eccenter weights are rotationally mounted. The vibratory hammer comprises at least one synchronous electric motor (13A) for driving the rotation of the eccenter weights.

A vibratory hammer (1) for driving or retracting sheet piles, pipes or other elements into or from the soil, comprises a vibration case (2). A clamp (17) is attached to the vibration case (2). The clamp (17) comprises gripping jaws (18) for gripping the sheet piles or other elements. A yoke (3) is connected to the vibration case (2) via one or more vibration damping elements for suspending the vibratory hammer (1) from a hoist cable or the like. In the vibration case (2) an even number of pairwise arranged eccenter weights are rotationally mounted. The vibratory hammer comprises at least one synchronous electric motor (13A) for driving the rotation of the eccenter weights.
Piling Machine
A piling machine includes a main body unit including a traveling device, a pile driver that performs piling, and a moving device that is connected to the main body unit and moves the pile driver. A control device performs piling while the traveling device is traveling (e.g., while the main body unit is moving). This reduces the number of times the traveling device stops, and thus, the number of times of acceleration and deceleration can also be reduced. In this way, energy efficiency can be improved.
Mast element, in particular leader element, for a construction machine
The invention relates to a mast element, in particular a leader element, for a construction machine, with an elongate hollow mast profile which, at a front side, is provided along a mast longitudinal direction with two guide strips through which a linear guide for a mast carriage is formed along the front side. According to the invention, provision is made that at least one guide strip is designed as part of a guide profile on which at least one connection web is formed in one piece with the guide strip, which connection web extends away from the guide strip, and that, in order to form the hollow mast profile, elongate wall elements are provided which, together with the at least one connection web, form the hollow mast profile and enclose an inner cavity of the mast profile.
