LUBRICATION SYSTEM FOR A VIBRATORY PILE DRIVER
The lubrication system includes a hydraulic cylinder pump which receives oil from the pile driver gearbox and an actuating mechanism connected to the pump to move oil therein through an exit line to a spray mechanism in the gearbox housing, providing lubrication to the gearbox bearings before the gearbox elements begin to operate.
Systems, methods, and machines for autonomously driving foundation components
A closed-loop feedback-control system for a screw anchor driving machine that uses a programmable logic controller (PLC) and array of sensors providing real-time data to control an automated screw anchor driving operation relying on a rotary driver, a crowd motor applying downforce to the rotary driver and a tool driver extending a tool through the rotary driver and screw anchor to drive screw anchors to a target depth.

Modular grid foundation
Method of building a grid system wherein a plurality of modular apparatuses can be arranged at a structure site. The plurality modular apparatuses can have a central tubular member having an inner bore formed between a proximal end and a distal end, and a plurality of vanes having a lateral width at least equal to a diameter of the central tubular member. The one or more modular apparatuses can be positioned above a surface of the structure site. Each of the plurality modular apparatuses can be connected with at least two adjacent modular apparatuses of the plurality of modular apparatuses via a locking lug on one of the plurality of vanes slidingly engaged with a locking channel on an adjacent modular apparatus. The plurality of modular apparatuses can then be driven into the structure site wherein the inner bore receives earthen formation therein.

Helical pile with cutting tip
The present disclosure provides helical ground anchors or piles designed to cut through rock. The helical ground anchors have a shaft, one or more helical plates attached to the shaft and at least one cutting tip attached to the distal end of the shaft in order to make a first cut through rock along the axis of rotation of the shaft. The distal end of the shaft is tapered and the at least one cutting tip can be attached to the longer end of the shaft. The helical shaped plates are attached to the shaft at a distance above the at least one cutting tip.

Noise mitigation system
A method of and a noise mitigation system for installing a foundation element, in particular a (mono)pile, includes a screen to be placed about a foundation element, in particular a (mono)pile, during driving of the foundation element in an underwater ground formation, to reduce noise input resulting from the driving into the surrounding water, e.g. a river or sea. The method and system comprise a further screen to be deployed about the (first) screen.
SYSTEMS, METHODS AND MACHINES FOR ALIGNING AND ASSEMBLING TRUSS FOUNDATIONS
An automated control system for a screw anchor driving and truss assembly machine. A positioning subsystem determines an orientation of a machine mast's driving axis relative to an intended drive axis and controls the mast to align with the intended drive axis. After a pair of adjacent screw anchors are drive, the controller orients the mast so that an alignment jig for supporting truss apex hardware is held relative to a predetermined point in space.
