Tower packer for packing cement slurry of jacket

A tower packer for packing cement slurry of a jacket is disposed between a steel pile and an inner sleeve. It includes a supporting ring, sealing rings and a limiting ring. The supporting ring and the limiting ring are respectively installed on an outer surface of the inner sleeve in the steel pile. A plurality of sealing rings stacked from top to bottom along the sleeving direction of the inner sleeve are arranged between the supporting ring and the limiting ring. Each sealing ring is hermetically and slidably connected along a radial direction. The sealing ring at the bottom is always supported by the supporting ring. The sealing ring at the top abuts a lower surface of the limiting ring. When the inner sleeve is sleeved into the steel pile, the outer surface of the sealing ring with maximum outer diameter hermetically abuts the inner surface of the steel pile.

Bearing cooling systems and methods for vibratory pile drivers

A bearing cooling system for a vibratory pile driving system comprising at least one housing wall defining at least one bearing opening and at least one bearing assembly supported by the at least one housing wall in the at least one bearing opening. The bearing cooling system comprises a bearing cover plate, a bearing cover seal member, and at least one bearing bolt. The bearing cover plate defines an inner surface having a bearing cover plate seal recess. The bearing cover seal member adapted to be received at least partly within the bearing cover plate seal recess. The at least one bearing bolt is configured to secure the bearing cover plate relative to the at least one housing wall to form at least one contact location at which the bearing cover plate is in contact with at least a portion of the at least one bearing assembly.

SYSTEMS, METHODS, AND MACHINES FOR AUTONOMOUSLY DRIVING FOUNDATION COMPONENTS

An automated feedback-based system for driving foundation components to a desired embedment depth. A digital controller executing a stored control program controls driving components arranged on a mast of the driving machine including a drive chain motor, a rotary driver, a tool driver, and a source of compressed air. An array of sensors provides real-time feedback to a digital controller about the automated driving operation that enables the controller to adjust the operation of one or more of the driving components based on real-time driving conditions.

SYSTEMS, METHODS AND MACHINES FOR ALIGNING AND ASSEMBLING SINGLE-AXIS TRACKER FOUNDATIONS

An automated control system for a screw anchor driving and truss assembly machine. A positioning subsystem determines an orientation of a machine mast's driving axis relative to an intended drive axis and controls the mast to align with the intended drive axis. After a pair of adjacent screw anchors are driven, the controller causes motion controllers to orient the mast so that an alignment jig for supporting truss apex hardware is held relative to the driven screw anchors and a predetermined point in space.
