Pile cap connectors
Pile cap connectors are attached to pipe piles and are secured to an existing building so that the existing building is supported by an array of the deeply driven pipe piles which serve as the foundation for the building. Alternative pile cap connectors are length adjustable to span the distance between the top of the drill driven pipe piles and the underside of the lifted existing building. The pile cap connectors are an integral part of a method using low-overhead equipment to construct a deep piling foundation for an existing building where the method involves lifting the existing building to a predetermined elevation above grade and positioning cribbing stacks to support the existing building at the predetermined elevation above grade. The cribbing stacks are spaced from each other enabling low-overhead equipment to maneuver underneath the elevated building to drill drive the pipe piles at designated locations to provide optimal support for the building. Grout is pumped under pressure into the pipe piles continuously during the drill driving of the pipe piles so that grout exits through a grout port to mix with disturbed soil about the pipe pile to encase the pipe pile in a grout-soil mixture.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR LIFTING BUILDING FOUNDATIONS
A lift bracket system for lifting a building structure such as a foundation and the like comprising a lift plate having a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface for insertion under the building structure; a generally cylindrical housing affixed to the lift plate and extending perpendicularly from the top surface and the bottom surface of the lift plate, the housing defining a generally circular opening through the lift plate, the opening being disposed away from the center of the lift plate; and at least one gusset for supporting the lift plate, the gusset having a first end and a second end, the gusset disposed beneath the lift plate, wherein the first end of the gusset is attached to the bottom surface of the lift plate and the second end of the gusset is attached to the housing.

Lifting and repairing foundations
A method for lifting and repairing a foundation is disclosed. The method includes digging a well in at least one lateral surface of the foundation, installing a shear plate to the at least one lateral surface of the foundation inside the opening of the well, further digging the well to a maximum depth of 6 m, compacting a bottom surface of the well at the maximum depth of 6 m, forming a layer of gravel, compacting the layer of the gravel, placing a double column inside the well, pouring a plurality of gravel particles into the well, forming a cemented gravel layer by injecting cement slurry into the well to fill empty spaces among the plurality of gravel particles, installing a tensile system on top of the double column, forming at least a vacant space between the foundation and ground by lifting the foundation from the ground using the tensile system, and fixing the foundation by injecting cement slurry into the vacant space.
FOUNDATION SUPPORT SYSTEM SHAFT COUPLER FABRICATION AND ASSEMBLY
A modular foundation support system includes modular foundation support components including shafts provided with integrally formed coupler features on their respective distal ends. The coupler features are configured with a non-uniform wall thickness defining a plurality of sections of respectively different diameter to matingly couple the shafts to one another in a torque transmitting relationship. The coupler features may be integrally formed and fabricated on the distal end of each respective shaft.
ADJUSTABLE FOUNDATION
An adjustable foundation including modular adjustable post elements. The modular adjustable post elements can be lengthened or shortened for installation or subsequent modification. The modular adjustable post elements can utilize different specifications of beams and braces to accommodate different applications. The modular adjustable post element can include or is configured to engage with a lifting apparatus to assist with installation and adjustment.

BUILDING FOUNDATION SUPPORT SYSTEM WITH RIB AND GROOVE INTERLOCK DRIVE TOOL COUPLER COMPONENT AND PILES
A building foundation support system includes first and second components having a distal end formed with an outer surface and at least two spaced apart ribs or with at least two spaced apart grooves. When the ribs are respectively inserted into the grooves, a rotationally interlocked mechanical connection is established between the distal ends. One of the first and second components is an elongated pile shaft and the other is a drive tool coupler for driving the elongate pile shaft into the ground proximate the building foundation.
FOUNDATION SUPPORT SYSTEM AND METHOD OF INSTALLATION WITH SELF-ALIGNING TORQUE TRANSMITTING COUPLERS
A foundation support system and method includes support components having mating ends with a pair of fastener holes and a rotational interlock feature configured to partly engage one another while the rotational interlock features are misaligned, and to self-align and fully engage the rotational interlock features via a rotation of one of the ends relative to the other while also automatically aligning the pairs of fastener holes to simplify an insertion of a fastener while avoiding fastener hole deformation when the foundation support components are driven to a desired depth on a building site to support the building foundation.
SETTLEMENT DRIVING CONTROL STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR FORCED-SETTLEMENT RECTIFICATION
A settlement driving control structure for forced-settlement rectification and a settlement driving control method for forced-settlement rectification are provided. The settlement driving control structure includes: a vertical hole is formed in a raft of a building, a lower end of an anchor bolt is anchored at the bottom of the vertical hole and the other end of the anchor bolt extends out of the vertical hole to be connected to a tensioning device, two grouting pipes are configured for grouting to form an anchorage body, and two waterstop rubber rings are spaced apart on a position of the anchor bolt above the anchorage body. For a building with a great load on the upper part, a building foundation and a deep stable stratum are connected as a whole by stress application through the device.
