RETROFIT REINFORCING STRUCTURE ADDITION AND METHOD FOR WIND TURBINE CONCRETE GRAVITY SPREAD FOUNDATIONS AND THE LIKE
A retrofit reinforcing structure addition and method for an existing gravity spread foundation for a wind turbine or the like having a central pedestal and a spread section is provided. The retrofit structure addition includes a collar formed around the pedestal of the spread foundation. The collar is formed by a shape sustaining member, such as a CMP, placed around the pedestal to define an annular ring between the CMP and the pedestal that is filled with cementitious material. Radial bolts extend horizontally through the collar and into the side of the pedestal. Soil and/or rock anchor bolts extend vertically through the collar, the spread portion of the foundation and into the underlying soil and/or rock substrate. The radial and anchor bolts are post-tensioned to ensure that the cementitious material of the collar remains in compression and the bolts are always in static tension, strengthening the original gravity spread foundation and extending the fatigue life thereof.
Treating particulate and connecting slab portions
A method of treating particulate, in substance including selecting a load based on a planned in use loading of the particulate; applying the load to the particulate; injecting material below the load; and removing the load.

Adjustable tower reinforcement and stabilization attachment
The present invention provides an adjustable bolt-on brace attachment for strengthening standard field irrigation towers and tapered sections of field irrigations towers to stabilize a tower. In one aspect of the present invention, an attachment for stabilizing field irrigation towers allows the user to easily assemble the adjustable bolt-on brace in the field wherein three threaded ¾ inch rods span between the each of the three weight bearing poles of the field irrigation system. Each ¾ inch threaded rod is spanned between each pair of weight-bearing poles of a tower attaching at each pole by a galvanized steel two-sided clamp which is double bolted-on to each pole. The adjustable threaded rods may span from 15 inches to 49 inches of each of three tower faces and adjustable double sided steel clamps fit field irrigations tower legs sizes from ⅞ inch to 2½ inches diameter.
STRUCTURAL SUPPORT AND STABILIZATION ASSEMBLIES AND METHODS FOR INSTALLING SAME
A pier assembly for supporting a structure has a vertically oriented central axis and includes a plurality of horizontally spaced apart elongate members disposed in the ground and arranged about the central axis. Each elongate members directly contacts the ground. Each elongate member has a length-to-width ratio greater than 10.0.

Method and apparatus to fill and fire proof holes in concrete floors
The present apparatus and method relates in general to sealing a hole in a floor with a precast plug. A precast plug is created by pouring a wet aggregate mix into a form mold and thereafter inserting a pre formed rod into the uncured mixture, positioning it such that the center of the rod rests in the center of the form mold and the ends of the rod extend outward near the top of the form mold. The mix is then cured. The precast plug may then be transported to the hole that it is destined to fix. Grooves may be carved on either side of the hole to accommodate the rod' s ends. The interior of the hole and the exterior of the plug may then be covered with a sealant, after which the plug may be inserted into the hole. Once the sealant cures, the hole is fully repaired.
