Swivel joint for working machine
An embodiment of this invention provides a swivel joint for a working machine that makes it easy to install a device for detecting rotation angle and is able to suppress the increase of the size due to the installation of the device. An embodiment of the present invention includes the swivel joint that includes an outer body being secured on one of the lower traveling body and the upper swiveling body and having a blocking surface on one end; an inner body being secured on another of the lower traveling body and the upper swiveling body and being relatively and rotatably fitted in the outer body while opposing to the blocking surface at one end n in the manner of making a space; a pilot oil passage being formed on rotational center line CL of the inner body for distributing pilot oil; a rod being inserted into the pilot oil passage and being secured on one of the outer body and the inner body; and a rotation angle sensor being secured on the other end of the outer body and the inner body for detecting a rotation angle of the rod.
Hybrid work machine
To achieve saving of fuel consumption and noise reduction by adopting a hybrid type and miniaturizing an engine and to ensure safe and reliable battery charging in a case in which a charge amount of a battery is quite insufficient, a hydraulic work machine includes: a gate lock sensor (28); a forced charging switch (41); a work machine monitor (43) that notifies an operator that a charging rate of a battery (33) falls to be lower than a critical charging rate; and a machine controller (46). The machine controller (46) actuates a generator motor (31) as a generator to forcedly charge the battery (33) when a gate lock lever (26) is operated to a lock position (D), an engine control dial (12) designates a low idle engine speed, and the forced charging switch (41) is operated.

Hybrid construction machine
An HCU (37) includes a battery low temperature reducing output calculating section (71A) that determines, when it is determined that an electricity storage device (31) is in a low temperature state by a battery temperature Tb, a battery low temperature reducing output PbL that is made to a larger value as the battery temperature Tb is lower, a hydraulic oil low temperature reducing output calculating section (71B) that determines, when it is determined that hydraulic oil is in a low temperature state by a hydraulic oil temperature To, a hydraulic oil low temperature reducing output PoL that is made to a larger value as the hydraulic oil temperature To is lower, and an output command calculating section (80) that controls a vehicle body operation based upon a sum of the battery low temperature reducing output PbL and the hydraulic oil low temperature reducing output PoL.
DITCH CUTTER AND SPOIL REMOVAL APPRATUS
A ditch cutting and excavation spoil removal apparatus creates ditches and land contours while simultaneously removing excavation spoil from the banks of newly created ditches. The apparatus includes an excavation spoil collection box and an adjustable plow saddle that supports a plowshare. The spoil collection box has a vertically adjustable rectangular frame with an open front and bottom. The pivotally mounted plow saddle may be tilted upward and downward through the bottom of the excavation box frame for adjustment of the plowshare and, correspondingly, the depth of the ditch being cut. Excavation spoil is collected in the spoil collection box as the apparatus is moved along the ground surface and is removed by raising the spoil collection box.
LOADER FRAME
Power machine frames for power machines such as skid steer loaders that include features for aiding in the manufacture of the power machines, providing space saving advantages in the design of the power machine, and/or providing performance advantages for the power machine.
PIVOT OFFSETTING IMPLEMENT ASSEMBLY ATTACHMENT SYSTEM FOR A VEHICLE
An attachment system for attaching an implement mounting assembly to a vehicle is disclosed. The attachment system includes a vehicle attachment component that is fastenable to a front portion of the frame of the vehicle, and a frame attachment component that is removably attachable to the vehicle attachment component on one end via a securing axis, and pivotably attachable to the implement assembly on another end about a pivoting axis. When fastened to the vehicle, the vehicle attachment component is located upward from the underside of the frame. When the frame attachment component is attached to the vehicle attachment component, the securing axis is located upward from the underside portion of the frame, and the pivoting axis is located downward therefrom.
Small-sized construction machine with heat exchanger cover
An engine cover (23) is provided between a counterweight (7) and a rear surface part (15B) of a cab (15) to be capable of opening/closing in an upper-lower direction and a heat exchanger cover (28) is provided between the rear side of a left side surface part (15C) and a right side surface part (15D) of the cab (15) and a revolving frame (6). The heat exchanger cover (28) is formed of a horizontal-opening structure of being rotatable in a front-rear direction to the revolving frame (6) with a front end (28C) in the front-rear direction as a fulcrum and a rear end (28D) in the front-rear direction as a free end. A heat exchanger cover lock mechanism (32) is provided on the rear end side of the heat exchanger cover (28) to hold the heat exchanger cover (28) in a closed state, and in a state where both the heat exchanger cover (28) and the engine cover (23) are closed, the engine cover (23) covers the rear end (28D) of the heat exchanger cover (28) and the heat exchanger cover lock mechanism (32) from backward.
Equalizer with lubrication
An equalizer for a mining machine includes an equalizer main body, an internal chamber defined by the main body configured to retain lubrication, and a bushing disposed within the internal chamber. The bushing includes an opening. The equalizer further includes a pin disposed partially in the internal chamber and extending through the opening.
WORKING MACHINE
A working machine according to one aspect of the present invention, includes a support member, a turn member, a pin inserted to both of the support member and the turn member to turnably support the turn member on the support member, a flange fixed to the pin, a collar inserted to an insertion hole formed in the flange, a retainer bolt inserted to the collar and attached by being screwed to the turn member and the support member, a contact portion included in the flange, and a regulator included in the support member. The regulator contacts to the contact portion with a clearance kept between the collar and an inner circumference surface of the insertion hole, thereby regulating turning of the flange around the pin.
