LOW POWER CONSUMPTION TOILET TANK LEAK DETECTION DEVICE
A low power consumption leak detection device for a toilet tank includes a water level switch disposed within the toilet tank having a float. The float moves with a water level within the toilet tank from a starting position to a lower position. An electronic circuit is configured to be electrically disconnected from a power source when the float is in the starting position. The electronic circuit is configured to be electrically connected to the power source when the float is in the lower position and activate a timer having a preset time limit, which if reached sends an alarm signal to an alarm indicator. The alarm indicator notifies a resident of a potential water leak problem that can be fixed. The lower power consumption leak detection device only uses power when the water level drops thereby greatly extending the life of the battery and usefulness of the device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR COUPLING A TANK OF A TOILET TO A PEDESTAL OF THE TOILET
A toilet includes a tank, a pedestal, and a mounting assembly. The tank includes a bottom wall. The bottom wall includes an opening and a bottom surface. The pedestal includes an opening and a top surface. The opening of the pedestal is aligned with the opening of the bottom wall. The mounting assembly includes a mounting plate, a nut, and a gasket. The mounting plate is configured to be coupled to the pedestal and includes an opening aligned with the opening of the pedestal. The nut holds the mounting plate against the bottom surface of the bottom wall and includes a rounded portion. The gasket is disposed about the opening of the pedestal and along the top surface of the pedestal and includes a concave surface that is configured for receiving the rounded portion of the nut.
LOW POWER CONSUMPTION FLUID LEAK AND OVERFLOW DETECTION DEVICE
A low power consumption fluid leak or overflow detection device for a fluid tank includes a fluid level switch disposed within the tank having a float. The float moves with a fluid level within the tank from a starting position to a second position. An electronic circuit is configured to be electrically disconnected from a power source when the float is in the starting position. The electronic circuit is configured to be electrically connected to the power source when the float is in the second position and activate a timer having a preset time limit, which if reached sends an alarm signal to an alarm indicator. The alarm indicator notifies a resident of a potential problem that can be fixed. The low power consumption leak or overflow detection device only uses power when the fluid level drops or rises thereby greatly extending the life of the battery.
WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL SYSTEM FOR TOILETS
A waste collection and disposal unit including a tank, a float-switch sensing system, and a grinder pump. The tank contains a contoured and sloping floor, a front section, a back section, two side sections and a one-piece lid, which is securable onto the other sections of the tank. The floor slopes downwardly from below the float-switch sensing system to below the grinder pump at an angle of at least about 5 degrees and is contoured in a downward curved arc between the front and back sections of the tank.
PREFABRICATED SANITARY MODULAR KIT
Disclosed is a prefabricated modular kit, reversibly assemblable, adapted for the quick installation of a bathroom, including: A) lower module with: toilet bowl; discharge device; roll-holder; container; tiltable door; sprayhead; water connections; discharge duct; B) intermediate module with: sink surface; faucet; mixer; soap dispenser; hands-dryer; C) upper module with: container; foldable arm with showerhead; D) floor module with shower plate; E) ceiling module with light and exhaust fan; F) side wall module; G) door; the modules having the systems ready for connecting between the modules themselves and between the modules and the pre-existing wall.
Toilet Flushing Apparatus and System and Method
A system that uses a flushometer for residential toilets in which adjustments and additions are made in order to allow the flushometer to operate correctly. There is an immediate flush water assembly that provides enough water, under pressure to pas through the flushometer. Also, a check valve can be used to isolate the pressurized water stored for the flush so as to reduce effect on the residential plumbing system and to provide control over flush and recharge. Also, a reduced diameter supply piping portion allows for additional control.
Grey Water Recycling Assembly
A grey water recycling assembly for recycling grey water from a sink for filling a tank on a toilet includes a hose that is fluidly coupled to a drain of a sink for capturing grey water from the sink. The hose is fluidly coupled to a tank of a toilet. Additionally, the hose is oriented to angle downwardly between the drain and the tank to gravity feed the grey water into the tank. In this way the hose directs the grey water into the tank of the toilet for filling the tank of the toilet with recycled water. The hose is comprised of a flexible material thereby facilitating the hose to be routed in a preferred route between the drain of the sink and the tank of the toilet.
Modified apparatus for wastewater recycling
The present invention is a modified apparatus for wastewater recycling including a toilet tank device, a water amount control assembly, and a three-way pipe. The toilet tank device includes a filtering space provided with a filtering apparatus and a water level sensing apparatus and a device area provided with a pressurizing device, at least one filter, and a transfer pipe. The water amount control assembly includes a driving apparatus, a cleaning pipe group, and a wastewater transfer pipe group. When clean water is transferred to clean the filter, the clean water can be transferred through a combination of the cleaning pipe group and the pressurizing device with a water amount controlled by the driving apparatus, and wastewater passing through the filtering apparatus can be transferred through a combination of the wastewater transfer pipe group and the pressurizing device with a water output amount controlled by the driving apparatus.

Flushing device for a sanitary device and toilet or urinal flush
The invention relates to a flushing system for a sanitary device, in particular a toilet flushing or a urinal flushing, comprising a cold water supply line (6), a warm water supply line (8), a valve arrangement (10) for admitting the water flowing through the cold water line (6) and the warm water line (8), and a water discharge line (12) for discharging the water admitted by the valve arrangement (10). Said flushing device simplifies, and preferably improves the technical problem, that is, compliance with quality criteria for the supply of cold water and hot water with regard to the water consumption in such a way that at least one temperature sensor (14, 16) for measuring the water temperature in the cold water supply line (6) and/or or in the warm water supply line (8) is provided, and for generating at least one temperature signal (T1, T2), according to the invention, a control (18) for actuating the valve arrangement (10) depending on the temperature signal (T1, T2) generates a control signal (S; S1, S2), and the valve arrangement (10) discharges water through the water discharge line (12) depending on the control signal (S; S1, S2). The invention further relates to a toilet flushing and to a urinal flushing.
