The foundation comprises a ground ring beam and columns, and a porous silicate thermal insulation material is cast around the ground ring beam and the columns; the porous silicate thermal insulation material is composed of an organic lightweight aggregate and a lightweight inorganic matrix, and the lightweight inorganic matrix is provided thereon with a plurality of micropores; the retaining wall body comprises an outer wall disposed on the ground ring beam, the outer wall comprises an outer side support body, an inner side support body, and the porous silicate thermal insulation material cast between the inner and outer side support bodies, and the outer side support body and the inner side support body are connected therebetween by means of a heat insulating connection member.

Framing assembly
A framing assembly has a plurality of modified splines, a plurality of modified panels, and at least one surface attachment member for constructing the frame of a building structure having interior exposed beams. The plurality of splines are rafter splines, extended rafter splines, or wall splines. Each spline has a support member and a pair of flanges abutting a lower portion of the support member. At least one surface attachment member is attachable to a lower portion of each spline as a decorative feature. The panels are modified structural insulated panels (SIPs) coupled to at least one of the splines to form a wall section, a ceiling section, or a roof section. Once assembled, the SIPs outer skin forms a continuous backing for the remaining exterior (or outer) wall or ceiling treatment. The splines not only support the modified SIPs, but also support the roof.
THREE-DIMENSIONAL PRINTED BUILDING COMPONENTS AND STRUCTURES
A residential or commercial building, structure, or building component can include an exterior member, interior member, and plurality of cross-members spatially disposed therebetween. Each of the exterior member, interior member, cross-members can be formed from a multi-layered stack of polymeric material made by a layered three-dimensional printing process, and all can be monolithically integrated. An exterior surface region of the exterior member can have an integrally formed surface finish. Overlying finishing or connective layers can be added. The exterior and interior members can be configured in a parallel arrangement to form a rectangular or curve shaped building block. A fill material can be disposed into openings between the exterior and interior members, and an interior surface region at the interior member can include a cavity configured for an electrical box, plumbing, or a sensing device.

Multiple layer substrate for roofing materials
Disclosed is a multiple layer substrate that can be used with a top asphalt applicator that eliminates the need for a bottom asphalt applicator and fines applied to the bottom asphalt layer. A low porosity or impermeable bottom layer prevents the flow of asphalt applied to the porous top layers of the substrate from penetrating the bottom surface. This eliminates the need for fines to prevent sticking of shingles in a shingle stack. In addition, substrate layers that combine fiberglass and polyester fibers in various configurations provide a substrate that can be used in typical shingle manufacturing and manufacturing of waterproofing products that is impact resistant.

PORTABLE SUPPORT PLATFORM
A portable support platform may include a plurality of elongate segments arranged substantially parallel and adjacent to one another. The segments may be configured for spanning a space between two support points to support a user. The platform may also include a tying portion configured for flexibly securing the plurality of segments together.
