MODULAR STRUCTURAL AND ELECTRICAL BUILDING SYSTEM
Disclosed herein is a modular structural and electrical building system. The system includes first and second structural support members. In use, the second end of the first structural support member is adjacent the first end of the second structural support member. The system further includes at least one conductor bar secured to each of the structural members. In addition, the system utilizes conductor bar connectors for maintaining electrical connectivity from one conductor bar to the next on the same structural support member and a power drop connector for connecting electrical power carried by the conductor bar to various pieces of equipment. In addition, a jump cable provides a bridge for electrical power from the conductor bar on the first structural member to the conductor bar secured to an adjacent structural member.
Radiant barrier material for use in an attic insulation and ventilation system
A barrier material has an upper, radiant barrier layer and a lower, corrugated surface layer. The radiant barrier layer is preferably a metalized film or an aluminum sheet with an emissivity rating 0.1 or less. The metalized film is laminated to one side of a middle layer using a high, heat-resistant adhesive. The corrugated surface layer, which can receive an insulating material, is preferably a corrugated medium. The corrugated medium is laminated to the other side of the middle layer with a water-resistant adhesive. The middle layer is preferably a fire-resistant, kraft linerboard. The barrier creates an air space or plenum between an external structure and the insulating material designed to prevent heat transfer between an insulated space and the external structure.
Protected membrane roof system
A protected membrane roof system for installation on a roof decking comprising an upper insulation board having an upwardly-facing upper board top surface and an opposite downwardly-facing upper board bottom surface and at least one through-hole communicating therebetween, a ballast material positioned over the upper insulation board, and at least one fastener assembly having a base seated substantially adjacent the upper board bottom surface, a rod extending substantially vertically from the base of sufficient size so as to extend through the through-hole of the upper insulation board and the ballast material, and a cap engaged with the rod above the ballast material, whereby the wind uplift resistance of the protected membrane roof system is improved and scour of the ballast material is reduced by effectively anchoring the ballast material to the upper insulation board beneath the ballast material.
CARPORT PERGOLA
Disclosed are example embodiments of a five-device-in-one double-stacked internal-gutters, which is economical to produce, is easy to ship, and can be quickly and easily assembled and disassembled. Particularly, the present invention relates to five-device-in-one anti-leaking noise-canceling anti-twisting anti-warping anti-vibrating double-locking double-core double-deck double-stacked internal-gutters (for being adapted to pergola, RV, house, solar panel, and concert stage), which comprise: Anti-leaking noise-canceling rainwater-shedding rainwater-guiding clamp-shield roof system, anti-twisting anti-warping anti-vibrating double-locking double-core double-deck double-stacked-internal-gutter systems, Double-gutter-supporting-and-locking corner parapet-post systems, Double-gutter-supporting-and-locking center parapet-post systems, and 6 expandable foot-locking sleeve-bolt systems.
Portable hunting blind
A hunting blind is formed from rectangular panels hinged for accordion folding. A roof structure is provided that stabilizes the blind with end pins interlocking with the panels. A window covering structure is provided that is silently openable.

Mechanically secured block assembly systems
A method for building a mechanical secured block structure, including placing a footer block on a desired surface, inserting two respective starter bar nuts into the footer block, inverting the footer block, placing a first concrete masonry unit over respective first and second anchor bars, aligning the first concrete masonry unit with the footer block, placing second and third footer blocks adjacent the first footer block, placing a second concrete masonry unit adjacent the first concrete masonry unit, positioning each respective concrete masonry unit to equally straddle two adjacent footer blocks, positioning respective anchor bars atop respective concrete masonry units, and bolting respective concrete masonry units to respective footer blocks to interconnect the two respective concrete masonry units and the three respective footer blocks to define a contiguous wall. Each respective masonry unit and each respective footer block are post tensioned to be under compression.

Building siding method and apparatus
A system for providing siding to a building is disclosed. The system utilizes components which have their own brackets with attachment flanges in order to connect directly to an exterior wall of the building. The brackets contain their own integrated water control systems, which co-act with those of other components to control and direct water into vertical channels and out from behind the siding system. These flanges double as self-contained flashing. In all the system presents a roof-to-foundation siding system that is self-contained and fully transitional from one piece to another.
Tactile sensor system and method for inspecting the condition of a structure
In a computer-implemented method and system for capturing the condition of a structure, the structure is scanned with a three-dimensional (3D) scanner. The 3D contact scanner includes a tactile sensor system having at least one tactile sensor for generating 3D data points based on tactile feedback resulting from physical contact with at least part of the structure. A 3D model is constructed from the 3D data and is then analyzed to determine the condition of the structure.
