WOODEN MODULE
A wooden module may include four cross-sectionally square longitudinal pieces of timber, at least six cross-sectionally square transverse pieces of timber, and at least two cross-sectionally square plugs, which may be connected to one another via a plurality of connection plugs. The four longitudinal pieces of timber may be arranged parallel to and spaced apart from one another such that the four longitudinal pieces of timber span a square. The at least six transverse pieces of timber may be arranged over a length of the four longitudinal pieces of timber and may be arranged between the four longitudinal pieces of timber. The at least two plugs may be arranged vertically parallel to one another and to at least four vertical transverse pieces of timber on at least two horizontal transverse pieces of timber and may project from a lateral face of the wooden module.
Insulated attic hatch
An attic access assembly includes an outer frame and a panel subassembly. The outer frame attaches to a ceiling and frames an attic opening. The panel subassembly includes a central panel that fits within the outer frame, and a flexible barrier that defines an insulation pocket extending upwardly from the central panel. The central panel may include an insulating foam material. The insulation pocket is used to contain an insulating material. Weatherstripping seals the panel subassembly to the outer frame. The panel subassembly may include a panel frame that fits within the outer frame, frames the central panel, and defines a groove to retain a weatherstripping seal.
Prefabricated structural bamboo system for slabs and roofs
This invention refers to a structural system for floor and roof construction, based on a parallel arrangement of a set of composite pre-tensioned girders to provide support to a deck formed by layers of any given material. The composite girders are components formed by lengths of bamboo culms, steel components and fillings of mortar or other materials, arranged in such way that a maximum mechanical efficiency is obtained.

Slab fillers and methods for implementing fillers in two-way concrete slabs for building structures
A slab filler, and method for implementing fillers in a two-way concrete slab for building structures, are disclosed. The filler comprises an upper keeper tray and a lower keeper tray, and a volumetric filling element. The upper keeper tray is attached to a top of the volumetric filling element and the lower keeper tray is attached to a bottom of the volumetric filling element. The filler comprises a plurality of indicators positioned on all corners of the keeper tray to indicate an amount or level of a concrete fed on the filler. The filler further comprises grooves at an end of the spacer, configured to securely hold one or more belts. Spacers and belts are configured to receive one or more rebar. Further, the volumetric filling element is a high-density material, where the filler is incorporated without upper keeper tray and lower keeper tray.
