Adjustable Magnetic Face Shield
The present invention relates to a face shield made of pliable plastic with metals pieces and plastic adapters with magnets, which the face shield attaches to. It is mainly designed for people who wear eyeglasses, allowing for the face shield to connect onto the eyeglass arms.
The clear plastic is thin enough to be pliable and will be of an oval or oblong shape to guarantee full coverage of the face. The pliable plastic with the metal pieces attached to it, and the plastic adapters with the magnet pieces attached to it will have no contact to the wearer's skin at any point. The plastic adapters will allow the wearer to adjust the face shield accordingly as close or further from the face as they will feel comfortable wearing it due to it's ability to pivot, closer as a pantoscopic tilt if they feel the need to be more protected or as a retroscopic tilt, further away from the face which will allow the wearer either more air to circulate and be able to breathe better.
CONVERTIBLE FASHION SWIMWEAR
The present disclosure is directed to a convertible garment including a swimsuit and detachable and interchangeable accessories, which allows for endless combinations from one main swimsuit. The disclosed invention allows for combinations of ruffles and/or sleeves to be added to a swimsuit which provides the ability for a user to change the look and functionality of the outfit almost completely through the add on accessories.
Burp Cloth
A burp cloth with a connection mechanism to removably attach multiple burp cloths together is implemented. The burp cloth may have a front-side cloth and a rear-side cloth, and in between the two cloths are magnets. The magnets are sealed and secured in place via stitching that encircles the magnets. The stitching extends from the front-side cloth to the rear-side cloth to create a sealed pocket between the cloths. The front- and rear-side cloths are attached via a trim that surrounds each cloth's perimeter. Opposing sides of the trim are stitched to a respective front- or rear-side cloth to form the components into a single burp cloth unit. Multiple burp cloths can be uniformly arranged and removably engaged with each other via the magnets, thereby enabling a user to quickly and easily remove a dirtied burp cloth to expose a clean burp cloth for use.
MAGNETIC BUCKLE DEVICE
A magnetic buckle device has a buckle main body and an inserting head. When the inserting head is close to an insertion hole of the buckle main body, the magnetic attraction force between a first component on the inserting head and a second component on the buckle main body can assist with inserting the inserting head into the insertion hole. After the inserting head is inserted to a predetermined position, the magnetic attraction force will keep the buckle main body in an engaged state even without any additional fixing means. When the buckle main body is switched to a disengaged state and the inserting head is moved out of the buckle main body, the magnetic attraction force attracts the inserting head to attach to the buckle main body, and thereby, after moved out, the inserting head cannot move arbitrarily.
LOCKING MAGNETIC FASTENERS
Embodiments disclosed herein relate to magnetic fasteners capable of transitioning between a locked state and an unlocked state. In some embodiments, the magnetic fastener includes a first fastening portion and a second fastening portion configured to interface with one another. The first fastening portion may include a first pin with a channel configured to receive a second pin disposed on the second fastening portion. The channel may include a recess and the second pin may include a projection complementary to the recess such that the projection may be disposed within the recess when the respective central axes of the first and second fastening portions are offset. Thus, a portion of the recess may abut the projection when the respective central axes of the first and second fastening portions are offset, thus locking the first and second fastening portions relative to one another. Conversely, when the respective central axes of the first and second fastening portions are aligned, the projection may not be disposed within the recess, and accordingly, the first and second fastening portions may be capable of being unfastened from one another.
Necklace accessory
A necklace accessory, the necklace accessory comprising: a folded strap, the folded strap comprising: an inner portion located on one side of a fold of the folded strap; an outer portion located on the opposite side of the fold of the folded strap; an inner internal volume located inside the inner portion; an outer internal volume located inside the outer portion; a first magnet located inside the inner internal volume; a second magnet located inside the outer internal volume, and configured to be magnetically attracted to the first magnet; where the folded strap is configured to removeably attach to a necklace, and the first magnet is configured to magnetically attach to the second magnet with a shirt between the first magnet and second magnet whereby when attached to the necklace and shirt, the necklace accessory prevents the necklace from rotating about a user's neck. A necklace accessory, the necklace accessory comprising: a clothing fastener; a decorative element configured to removeably attach to the clothing fastener; a first flexible length of material extending from the clothing fastener; a second flexible length of material extending from the decorative element; a third flexible length of material attached to the first flexible length of material and second flexible length of material; a necklace fastener attached to the third flexible length of material on an end of the third flexible length of material opposite the first flexible length of material and second flexible length of material, the necklace fastener configured to removeably attach to a necklace worn by a user; where the clothing fastener is configured to removeably attach to the decorative element with a shirt between the clothing fastener and the decorative element, and whereby when the necklace fastener is attached to the necklace and the clothing fastener and decorative element are attached to the shirt, the necklace accessory prevents the necklace from rotating about a user's neck. A necklace accessory, the necklace accessory comprising: a clothing fastener; a decorative element configured to removeably attach to the clothing fastener; a flexible length of material extending from either the clothing fastener or the decorative element; a necklace fastener attached to the flexible length of material on an end opposite either the clothing fastener or the decorative element, the necklace fastener configured to removeably attach to a necklace worn by a user; where the clothing fastener is configured to removeably attach to the decorative element with a shirt between the clothing fastener and the decorative element, and whereby when the necklace fastener is attached to the necklace and
Releasable coupling device
Aspects herein are directed to a releasable coupling device having a first housing structure than includes a temporary magnet and a second housing structure that includes a permanent magnet. The first housing structure is receivable by a receiving receptacle of the second housing structure. The releasable coupling device may be included as part of a slide fastener assembly having two slider tapes.
Fastener for accessories
A fastener for accessories includes a male part and a female part. The female part is a crocodile clip, which includes a pair of jaw members operable to open/close by a spring force. The fastener for accessories includes a first attraction part and a second attraction part. The first attraction part is located at an inner space in the pair of the jaw members. The second attraction part is located at the front part of the locking part. The first attraction part is located at either one of the jaw members. In addition, a holder, into which the second attraction part of the locking part is inserted, is placed in front of the first attraction part located in the crocodile clip.
MAGNETIC FRICTIONAL COUPLER
A coupler includes a first member having a first engagement surface and a second member having a second engagement surface disposed for relative positioning of the first and second members along a line of adjustment. One or more magnetic elements are arranged on the first and second members to establish a magnetic flux between the first engagement surface and the second engagement surface, and thereby establishing a frictional force tending to hold the relative positions of the first and second members. The magnetic flux varies as a function of relative position of the first and second members along the line of adjustment, and has peaks at a plurality of detent positions along the line of adjustment.
Magnetic buckle with a decoupling lip
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a pair of magnetic mating buckles including a first buckle (205) and second buckle (210), the first buckle extending beyond the second buckle's outer perimeter forming an extended lip. In an illustrative example, the lip may be manually manipulated to separate the first buckle from the second buckle when the pair of magnetic mating buckles are in a substantially planar magnetic engagement. In some examples, one or more magnets may be fixedly coupled to the first buckle, and/or the second buckle. In some examples, the buckles may be coupled to various webbings. In an engagement example, the first buckle may be inserted through a coupling aperture (215) in the second buckle. The coupling aperture may include one or more corner notches, for example. Various pairs of magnetic mating buckles with overhanging lips may advantageously provide leverage to manually separate the buckles without tools.
