A closure device for connecting two assemblies to each other includes a first closure part, which is associated to a first one of the assemblies and includes a first magnetic element, and a second closure part which includes a second magnetic element. The first closure part and the second closure part can be attached to each other along a closing direction by magnetic attraction between the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element, are mechanically and/or magnetically held at each other in a closed position, and can be separated from each other for opening the closure device. A connecting part includes a fastening device for fastening the second closure part to the connecting part and an integration portion for fixing the connecting part to a second one of the assemblies.

A yoga towel is for use in conjunction with a suitable mat or converter that allows an existing mat to be retrofitted to be used with the present yoga towel. The yoga towel has one or more magnets and/or metal attached, advantageously to its perimeter and/or with a center portion of the towel. A suitable surface such as a yoga mat will have a complementary metal and/or magnet so that when the yoga towel is placed on the yoga mat, the yoga towel through magnetic forces (i.e. attraction) is held in place. A garment with low profile fasteners for removable attachment to a top to keep the top tucked in. The fasteners are low-profile, magnetic, and entirely flexible to improve the comfort to a user. Each fastener includes first and second magnetic components that engage each other. The garment can have a generally rectangular shape with fasteners on a first end and a second end. The magnetic components may be embedded within a tab that is fixedly attached to the first and second ends of the garment. The garment can also be a typical undergarment having a waist band, with the first magnetic components of the fasteners embedded in the waist band that cooperatively engage the separate, second magnetic components.

A hair accessory for attaching hair extensions to a person's hair includes a clip having front and back members pivotally connected with a hinge. Each member has inner and outer sides. One or more magnets are fixed with the front and back members of the clip, aligned with one another to maintain the clip in a closed position magnetically. The hair extensions are fixed with the outer side of the members. In use with the clip moved from an open position to the closed position about the person's hair, the hair extensions hang downwardly to augment the appearance of the person. The person's hair not within the clip can be combed over the clip to hide the clip from casual view.

A system for carrying or using a device includes the device and at least one attachment apparatus. The device may include at least one attachment element. The attachment apparatus may include a length of material and at least one attachment point arranged on an end of the length of material. The at least one attachment point may include at least one magnetic feature configured to attach and detach the device and the length of material. The material can include but is not limited to cloth, metallic (magnetic and non-magnetic), fibrous material, and so forth.

A wristband can comfortably secure an electronic device, such as a wristwatch or fitness/health tracking device, to a wrist of a user. The wristband can include a number of magnets that allow the wristband to be magnetically coupled to itself when folded over or when separate band portions are overlapping. The magnets can include a polymer mixed with a magnetic material to provide magnetic properties and flexibility. The magnets can be joined together by a continuous support structure that extends through opposing pairs of the magnets. The support structure can provide substantial and ability as well as tensile strength. The magnets and the support structure can be surrounded by a flexible cover to protect the components within.

Magnetic false eyelashes include an eyelash stem, multiple eyelash filaments evenly distributed on a first side of the eyelash stem, a magnetic glue layer arranged on the first side, and a soft magnetic strip or multiple magnetic blocks arranged between the magnetic glue layer and eyelash stem. A preparation method of the same, including: (1) Preparing magnetic blocks; (2) Evenly gluing the eyelash filaments to a first side of an eyelash stem; (3) Inlaying a soft magnetic strip or 6˜20 magnetic blocks in the first side; (4) Preparing a magnetic glue; (5) Applying the magnetic glue to the exterior of the first side, and making it evenly distributed on the magnets and the eyelash stem, and letting it dry for at least half an hour.

Disclosed is a closure device for releasably connecting two parts, including a first closure part which includes a first base body, and a second closure part which includes a second base body. The first closure part and the second closure part can be attached to each other such that in a closed position the first base body and the second base body at least partly are at least positively connected with each other to support a load acting between the first closure part and the second closure part along a load direction, and holding of the first and second closure parts against each other in the closed position is magnetically supported. An engagement opening is formed on the first base body as a through opening into which an engagement portion of the second base body protrudes in the closed position.
