Paver supporting apparatus
A paver supporting apparatus is provided and includes a pedestal and a modular grid. The pedestal includes a top plate with a plate extender and a plurality of male lock pins positioned around a circumference of the top plate. The modular grid is positioned and secured on the top plate such that the top plate supports the modular grid in an elevated position and connects with one of the plurality of male lock pins. The modular grid includes a lattice extending generally between perimeter edges of the modular grid and defining a plurality of lattice.
ANTI-AGING ADDITIVES FOR ASPHALT BINDERS AND ROOFING MATERIALS
An asphalt binder composition for use in asphalt-containing materials that includes at least one of a virgin asphalt binder, an air-blown virgin asphalt binder, or a reclaimed asphalt binder material, and an anti-aging agent that is a reaction product of ingredients including (i) a first material including a compound containing one or more carbonyl groups and (ii) a second material that reacts with the one or more carbonyl groups of the first material and adds hydroxyl groups to the reaction product, where the anti-aging agent has a hydroxyl value of greater than about 25 mg KOH/g.

Pedestal and support structure for tile
A support structure configured for attachment to a pedestal upper surface with a support structure spine extending upward from the support structure; a first support structure rail and second support structure rail each extending perpendicularly outward from the support structure spine. A tile comprising a groove formed in at least one of the plurality of side edges; wherein the groove of the at least one of the plurality of edges of the tile is configured for engagement by the first support structure rail of the support structure.
Flame-resistant shield for protected membrane roofs
An inverted roof membrane assembly comprising: a) a waterproofing membrane suitable for direct or indirect mounting on top of a roof decking, b) at least one layer of the polymer foam insulation board directly or indirectly on top of a), c) a flame-resistant fabric shield directly or indirectly on top of b), said flame-resistant fabric shield having a water vapor permeability of 1.0 perm or greater; and d) a ballast layer directly or indirectly on top of c).

The modular grid includes a lattice extending generally between perimeter edges of the modular grid and defining a plurality of lattice.
PEDESTAL AND SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR TILE
A support structure for tile comprising a pair of flanges separated by and extending outward from the spine of the support structure each with an upper most planar surface. Where the tile comprises of a first face that is entirely planar, a second face that is entirely planar that is opposite the first face, a plurality of side edges extending between the first face and the second face with each of the plurality of side edges being square with respect to the first face and the second face, and a groove formed in at least one of the plurality of side edges. The groove of the at least one of the plurality of edges of the tile is configured for engagement by the first support structure rail of the support structure. The second face of the tile rests on the upper most planar surface of one of the pair of flanges.
Pedestal and Support Structure for Tile
One illustrative embodiment of a tile & support structure may be configured to secure the position of a tile in a generally vertical configuration, such as the riser of a step, as a border around a portion of a deck, a building and/or wall faade, ventilated faade, interior or exterior wall covering, or other generally vertical surface. The support structure may be formed with a spine having at least one rail extending outward from a distal end thereof. The spine and rail(s) may be configured to secure one or more tiles, which tiles may be formed with a groove on at least one edge thereof, and wherein one or more rails may be positioned within the groove.
Tile and support structure for vertical mounting tiles
One illustrative embodiment of a tile & support structure may be configured to secure the position of a tile in a generally vertical configuration, such as the riser of a step, as a border around a portion of a deck, a building and/or wall faade, ventilated faade, interior or exterior wall covering, or other generally vertical surface. The support structure may be formed with a spine having at least one rail extending outward from a distal end thereof. The spine and rail(s) may be configured to secure one or more tiles, which tiles may be formed with a groove on at least one edge thereof, and wherein one or more rails may be positioned within the groove.
Bonding adhesive and adhered roofing systems prepared using the same
A method is provided for forming an adhered membrane roof system that meets Factory Mutual (FM) 4470/4474 standards for wind uplift. The method comprises applying a bond adhesive to a substrate on a roof to form an adhesive layer and applying a membrane directly to the adhesive layer. The bond adhesive includes a moisture-curable polymer.
