Circle Cutting System
A circle cutting system with a blade coupled to a body that rotates and is pressed into sheet material for the separation of circular portions from a larger sheet of the material, such as roofing material.
Bucket holder for use on pitched roofs
A bucket holder for use on pitched roofs and for holding a bucket in an upright, vertical disposition includes a planar base which is adapted to rest on the surface of the roof, a generally cylindrically-shaped main canister for holding the bucket, the main canister being mounted on the base, and a top ring mounted on the main canister. The main canister has a multi-faceted, bucket supporting inner wall formed of a plurality of segments having different relative heights and angles. When a bucket is placed in the main canister of the bucket holder in a desired position, the bottom of the bucket rests on one or more of the segments such that the bucket is held in an upright, vertical disposition when the bucket holder is used on a pitched roof.

Roof Membrane Bonding Plate Marking Tool
A tool for marking the location of a bonding plate concealed beneath a roof membrane. The tool has a magnetic attraction to the bonding plate and causes a marking assembly to vertically lower toward the roof membrane and rotate on an axle. Rotation of the marking assembly and vertical lowering causes the marking implement to come into contact with the roof membrane at a location corresponding to the location of the bonding plate beneath the roof membrane. A brake restricts the rotation of the marking assembly on the axle by coming into contact with an inner edge of a chassis. Contact between the marking implement and the roof membrane and the restriction of rotation of the marking assembly by the brake cause the marking implement to create a visible mark at a position corresponding to the location of the bonding plate beneath the roof membrane.

MULTI-HEAD FASTENING SYSTEMS FOR USE IN ROOFING INSTALLATIONS
A system for installing multiple fasteners to a substrate comprising; a chassis having a frame and a transverse member; a plurality of fastener heads mounted to the transverse member; a fastener feed system; a fastener head actuator to move two or more fastener heads in simultaneous movement; and a control system having a processor configured to control movement of the fastener head actuator.

Roof attachment systems and methods
A roof attachment system and methods of using same during the installation, maintenance, or repair of a roof on a commercial or residential building structure. The roof attachment system and the related methods of using and implementing the system include, among other things, an anchor or internal support assembly, and a hook or securement assembly. The roof attachment system enables the installer to utilize at least one internal support assembly, or at least one internal support assembly and the securement assembly to install the roof, depending upon the installation stage of the roof. Upon completion of the installation process, the roof includes multiple concealed internal support assemblies that provide multiple anchor points that are spaced an appreciable distance apart along the ridgeline of the roof. When the roof requires maintenance or repair, the securement assembly can be removably coupled to a specific internal support assembly to facilitate the maintenance or repair by a technician while also reducing the chances that the technician experiences a fall from the roof.
ROOFING CONSTRUCTION TOOL
A roofing construction tool including a substantially planar stand formed from a compressible material that includes a top surface, a bottom surface, and side walls joining the top surface and bottom surface. The roofing construction tool may include friction enhancing structure provided on or adjacent the bottom surface and/or at least one weight embedded in the compressible material and having a density greater than a density of the compressible material.
Motorized Shingle Remover
A motorized shingle remover may utilize a motor to rotate a plurality of cutting blades that may cut and remove shingles and roofing nails. The motorized shingle remover may have a body that covers the plurality of blades to protect the user and may have a vacuum that may pull away the debris or an air nozzle in front of each wheel to blow debris away. The plurality of cutting blades may be angled. The motorized shingle remover also may include a scrapper that may pull debris away from the plurality of cutting blades. The motorized shingle remover may include a braking mechanism. The motorized shingle remover may increase the rate and efficiency that shingles and roofing nails may be removed.
