SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DRYING ROOFS
Roof drying processes and associated systems. A representative process includes drawing moisture-laden air from within the internal structure of a roof via a vacuum blower, a extraction insert and an extraction manifold, and removing moisture from the moisture-laden air via a dehumidifier. The dry air can be directed back into the roof through an injection insert and an injection manifold.
SHINGLE REMOVING DEVICE
A device for removing shingles having a fork tool and a handle adapted to fit into an air-powered hammer. The fork tool features teeth and has two ends that are joined at an angle. Each tooth has a square-shaped head and a body that extends away from the head of the tooth at an angle. The teeth extend up and away from the fork tool at an angle. The fork tool is removably attached to the handle. In operation, the power tool forces the tool forward under the shingles and the angle of the teeth lifts the shingles slightly off the surface of the roof and the leading edge and the trailing edge of the fork tool forces the shingle upward. The device features a back plate also attached to the handle that has a ridge along its lateral surface that can be used as a fulcrum.
ROOFING CONSTRUCTION TOOL
A roofing construction tool including a substantially planar stand formed from a compressible material that includes a top surface having a first area, a bottom surface defining a second area larger than the first area, and side walls joining the top surface and bottom surface. The roofing construction tool may further include a high friction layer adjacent the bottom surface and/or at least one weight embedded in the compressible material and having a density greater than a density of the compressible material.
Gutter installation tool
A tool that permits a length of rain gutter to be positioned and adjusted along an eave of a building. In one example, the tool includes a grasping portion for securing the device between a fascia and a wall, and a support portion for supporting a gutter when the gutter is being installed. The tool is easily secured to a building without the use of fasteners, clips, or the like, and allows a saddle to be provided for a portion of the gutter, where the saddle is adjustable in three dimensions relative to a mounting surface for the gutter.

Coating Applicator and Coating Application System
A fluid application system for applying a fluid to a substrate that includes a carrier and a fluid applicator pivotably and rotatably connected to the carrier is disclosed. The fluid applicator of the present disclosure provides a sliding motion on a surface that maintains continuous contact with the surface. This consistent sliding eliminates any streaking associated with a roller during a fluid application process and provides a smooth and even coverage on the surface.
VEHICLE APPARATUS FOR USE ON A ROOF AND METHOD OF ASSEMBLING AND INSTALLING COMMERCIAL ROOFING
A roof vehicle has a chassis, a plurality of motor-driven wheels coupled to the chassis, a man-basket coupled to the chassis, wherein the man-basket is moveable on a y-axis and is configured to lower to an elevation beneath that of the plurality of motor-driven wheels, a deck for transporting equipment, and a power supply. A method for assembling and installing a roof involves moving the roof vehicle to the desired location on the roof of a structure, lowering the man-basket at least partially beneath the surface roof, and performing work (e.g., welding) to secure the roof to the structure of the building.
