Adjustable floor drain and method of installation

A drain assembly comprises a shroud, a shank, and a frame. The drain assembly may further comprise a shim with an angled top surface. The frame may have an angled bottom surface. A rotational orientation of the angled top surface of the shim relative to the shank and a rotational orientation of the angled bottom surface of the frame relative to the shank may be independently adjustable, thereby allowing for the top surface of the frame to be both angularly and rotationally adjusted relative to a central axis of the drain assembly independent of the positional height of the shank. The drain assembly may further comprise a cover having bendable tabs. The bendable tabs may be disposed around a periphery of the cover and may be configured to contact an angled inner surface of an upper bowl of the shroud, such that the bendable tabs bend around the frame, thereby locking the cover onto the frame.

System and method for a vented and water control siding

A vented and water control siding has improved drainage and integrated ventilation air space. An omnidirectional relief pattern, creating an omnidirectional ventilation and drainage plane, may be located between a front surface of the first siding panel and a back surface of the second siding panel. In certain embodiments, another omnidirectional ventilation and drainage plane is located between the siding panels and an internal layer.

A vented and water control siding has improved drainage and integrated ventilation air space. An omnidirectional relief pattern, creating an omnidirectional ventilation and drainage plane, may be located between a front surface of the first siding panel and a back surface of the second siding panel. Modular drain assembly for pod constructed room

A modular room includes a floor having an upper surface, and a lower surface. The floor defines a floor height between the upper surface and the lower surface, and the floor defines a through aperture. At least three walls have a lower end connected to the floor and an upper end extend away from the floor, a ceiling is connected to the upper end of the walls, and a drain body is positioned in the floor aperture. The drain body has an upper surface and a lower surface and defines a drain body height between the upper and lower surfaces. The drain body height is less than the floor height, such that the drain body does not extend above the upper surface of the floor or below the lower surface of the flow while the drain body is positioned in the aperture in the floor.

The grate includes a top surface defining a periphery, at least one wall extending from a periphery of the top surface and configured to contact the base wall of the trench, and a support configured to selectively contact the base wall at a location inside the periphery of the top surface.

A method of operating a fire protection device for an elevator system includes detecting smoke and/or a fire via a detector, and transferring a closing element disposed in the elevator shaft from an opened state to a closed state.
