DEER STAND WITH FORK LIFT SET UP
A portable observation stand includes a platform and legs pivotal between a raised transport position and a lowered use position. The legs are retained in the use and transport positions by removable braces retentively engaging crossbars on the legs. The stand is transported and erected using a lift vehicle having forks extending beneath the platform, which raises the platform so that the legs fold downwardly by gravity. A blind may be mounted on top of the platform, to include one or more people for various activities, including deer hunting, birdwatching, and wildlife photography.

TUBULAR SUPPORT BEAM WITH SELF-DRAINING SURFACE
A tubular support beam having a self-draining surface, comprising a first channel having a first channel side wall and a first channel bottom wall, wherein the first channel side wall forms a substantially 90 interior angle with the first channel bottom wall and a second channel having a second channel side wall and a second channel bottom wall, wherein the second channel side wall forms a substantially 90 interior angle with the second channel bottom wall. Either the first channel and/or the second channel having an angled or convex top wall, wherein the first channel and the second channel are joined to provide a self-draining surface for the tubular support beam. The self-draining tubular support beam may be implemented into hygienically designed food processing equipment to eliminate undesirable horizontal surfaces.
Scaffold safety assembly
A scaffold safety assembly for facilitating a worker to service a scaffold includes a scaffold that has a frame comprising a leg portion. A step unit is removably attachable to the leg portion of the frame of the scaffold to facilitate a worker to stand on the step unit. The step unit extends laterally away from the leg portion when the step unit is removably attached to the leg portion. In this way the gate facilitates the worker to access various areas of the scaffold without standing on the scaffold. A gate is removably attachable to the leg portion of the frame of the scaffold. Additionally, the gate is positionable adjacent to the platform to inhibit the worker from falling off of the platform.
