A tool organizer configured to operably couple to the railings of an elevated work platform so as to provide access to tools, fasteners and other objects while being on the platform. The present invention includes a body that is planar in manner being manufactured from a material such as but not limited to polyester sheet. The body has a first side and a second side wherein present on the first side thereof are a plurality of storage and retention members. The body is movable between a stored position and a deployed position. In the deployed position the body is coupled to the top railing of the elevated work platform utilizing a rail support member. The body extends downward from the top railing and includes a lower securing strap to secure the body to a lower rail.

A scaffold safety device (120) has a body (122) having an engagement formation (124) configured to engage with an element (20, 72) of a scaffold assembly (10). The device (120) also has a pressure sensor (126) configured to detect when the body is disengaged from the scaffold assembly. The engagement formation includes first and second arms (128, 130) extending away from the body. The arms are separated by a cavity (134). The cavity is configured to receive a threaded rod and a tightening nut (135) of the scaffold assembly. The pressure sensor is included on one arm (128) and is configured to detect when a pressure attains a predetermined threshold value. The pressure sensor is in communication with a control board (86) which is connected to an antenna (140) on a secondary scaffold safety device (142).

A method of constructing a structure in which an item is to be installed at an elevated height on the structure. Hoists are hung from the structure. A platform is moved from ground level and positioned at a first elevated position between ground level and the hoists. The platform is attached to the hoists at the first elevated position. After the platform has been attached to the hoists, the item is moved onto the platform. The item is lifted on the platform to a second elevated position for installation at the elevated height on the structure and the item is installed at the elevated height.

The standard may comprise of an elongate pipe to which there is secured at least one rosette of a kind that presents a plurality of apertures about the pipe at which a connection to said standard can be established by other scaffolding components. The bridge is capable of connection to said rosette at at least two said apertures, said bridge allowing a scaffolding component to be secured thereto to be positioned and supported by said bridge at a location not catered for by any aperture of said rosette.
