SELF-STRIPPING CORNER FORM

A corner form apparatus having a rigid, angled form with a pair of leg sections and a plurality of gussets extending between the leg sections. A post is mounted for axial sliding back-and-forth movement within openings formed in the gussets between a pour position and a stripped position. A linear actuator is mounted between the rigid, angled form and the post and a pair of extension mounting arms are pivotally attached to the post at a first end and pivotally attached to each to an associated form extension using slotted holes at a second end whereupon movement of the post between the pour position and the stripping position moves each of the form extensions from a position coplanar with a corresponding one of the rigid, angled form leg sections in the pour position inwardly to a stripped position.

Powered lifting station for and method for lifting a slab foundation

A technician positions a form with a threaded aperture on a pier. Concrete is poured around the form to create a slab foundation. A fixture is then placed on the slab foundation, the fixture having a polygonal anti-rotation member that inserts into a polygonal upper end of the form. The fixture has an upward extending fixture stop member. A threaded rod with a tool adapter on its upper end is screwed into the threaded aperture. The adapter has an adapter stop member extending laterally relative to the fixture stop member. A power tool rotates the adapter to lift the slab foundation until the adapter stop member swings into contact with the fixture stop member. The technician then removes the adapter, places the adapter stop member adjacent an opposite side of the fixture stop member, then again rotates the adapter.

A concrete form system includes a plurality of concrete form board brackets. The plurality of brackets includes brackets for securing the concrete form board to a conventional type metal or wood concrete form stake without the need for nails. The plurality of brackets also includes concrete form board end brackets for securing the ends of adjacent concrete form boards together that allows for a range of angles to be formed between two adjacent concrete form boards from zero degrees to more than 180 degrees. The present invention also includes flexible sections of concrete forms configured to be coupled to the brackets that allow for forming curved concrete edges.

TEMPLATE ASSEMBLY FOR LOCATING ANCHOR BOLTS IN A CONCRETE POUR OF A FORM
20190177989 · 2019-06-13 ·

The present disclosure provides a template assembly for locating and retaining a plurality of anchor bolts within a form during a concrete pour. The template assembly includes a rigid metal frame and plurality of anchor bolt retainers affixed to the frame, wherein each anchor bolt includes an anchor bolt engaging surface for locating an associated anchor bolt within predetermined tolerances. The frame can be further configured to provide access to at least 75% of the surface of the pour thereby allowing for finishing of the concrete at an optimal time. A plurality of legs can be connected to the frame for adjusting an elevation of the frame.

FORMING APPARATUS
