Anchorage template for building walls and method

A sill plate anchorage assembly for supporting prefabricated building walls includes an elongated member having spaced holes. A concrete formwork defines a space for receiving concrete to form a foundation to support the elongated member. The elongated member may be supported temporarily from the formwork. Anchor shafts extend within each of the spaced holes and extend below the elongated member into the space defined by the concrete formwork. After forming and curing the concrete, nuts or other fasteners are tightened over the upper ends of the anchor shafts to secure the elongated member against the foundation. The upper portions of the spaced holes may include enlarged recesses for receiving the fasteners. Indicia marked upon the elongated member may show the location and type of pass-through regions. A method to secure a horizontal sill plate to an underlying concrete foundation to support vertical building wall panels is also disclosed.

Form support and length-adjustable assembly therefor

There is provided a form support, a form assembly and a length-adjustable assembly therefor, as well as a method of installing a form assembly. The length-adjustable assembly includes upper and lower telescoping members and an end member removably coupled to and extending radially relative to the upper telescoping member. The length-adjustable assembly includes a male threaded member about which the telescoping members substantially extend. The male threaded member is rotatable relative to the end member with axial movement of the male threaded member relative to the end member being inhibited. The male threaded member threadably couples to a lower telescoping member. The form support includes a mount coupled to and extending outwards from a lower end of and/or is adjacent the upper telescoping member according to one embodiment. The mount extends outwards from an upper end of the upper telescoping member in another embodiment. The mount may be L-shaped.

Foundation construction method and anchor support

This foundation construction method for a building includes: a first step for creating a foundation base; a second step for installing reinforcement on the foundation base; a third step for installing a frame for creating a foundation to be provided to the foundation base; a fourth step for arranging a plurality of anchors so as to follow the inner periphery of the frame; and a fifth step for placing concrete inside the frame. In the fifth step, the concrete is leveled such that the upper surface of the concrete is the same height as the upper end surface of the frame.
