Modular Prismatic Box-Like Structure-Based Building Method and Infrastructure
A green or sustainable building infrastructure comprising conjoining modular building segments. The purpose of the invention is to increase the precision, quality, and timing of building projects by allowing modular building segments to be constructed in an off-site controlled environment, transported, and quickly assembled on site. The conjoining modular building segments are prismatic box-like structures conjoined in a variety of configurations, each having at least three walls. The prismatic box-like structures are arranged and attached horizontally to create ceilings and floors, and they are arranged and attached vertically to create walls for the infrastructure. Some of the walls may be removed and the space inside each prismatic box-like structure is available for storage. The prismatic box-like structures may have certain dimensions, comprise specific materials, or be constructed or conjoined in specific ways.
Portable Building Containing Cabinets for Safely Storing Hazardous Production Materials
A storage system comprising a portable building having a climate-controlled interior space and a plurality of hazardous materials storage cabinets disposed in the interior space. The portable building contains no water sprinklers and no smoke detectors and has a floor that is sealed to prevent leakage of liquid. Each cabinet comprises metal double walls separated by an air space and a liquid-tight containment sump. Each cabinet is configured so that fire cannot spread from a space above a shelf to a space below the shelf. The storage system further comprises an electrical power connection and an HVAC unit mounted to an exterior of the portable building.
Play center
A play center including a number of frames secured to each other to at least partially define substantially vertical walls of the outdoor play center, each frame having two or more openings, and a number of panels, each panel having a body thereof, the panels being receivable in selected ones of the openings. Each of the openings is partially defined by one or more elongate side walls of each frame. Each panel includes one or more flanges extending from the body over at least a receiving portion of the side wall. The play center also includes a number of fasteners for fastening the flanges to the receiving portions.
MODULAR SHELTER
A modular storm shelter is provided. The shelter has a central node with individual modules attached to the node and extending outwardly from the node. Any number of additional modules may be attached to other modules to extend the modules farther from the node and increase the capacity of the shelter. The outwardly extending modules function as stabilizing extension arms that prevent the shelter from overturning during extreme wind events, such as tornados and hurricanes. Each of the modules can be individually transported to an installation site so that the shelter can be assembled on site. Once assembled, the storm shelter rests on the ground and does not require attachment to a concrete slab or similar foundation.
Ballroom-style cleanroom assembled from modular buildings
A rapidly deployable cleanroom is constructed from multiple modular building sections that are side-by-side and have similarly sized lengths, as well as user-accessible panels in multiple of them for air, water, power, networking, and other utilities at a similar internal location along their lengths. The utility panels can be standardized such that each panel is substantially identical to one another. The modular building sections can be drawn together using tension cables within lateral hollow extruded structural tubes beneath and/or above the cleanroom, the tension system utilizing jackscrews to pull everything tight. Because the utility panels are at the same longitudinal location in the building sections, the joined structure and resulting open space “ballroom” style cleanroom has the utility panels aligned with each other inside the cleanroom.
Support framework for building casing, building casing, building structure and method for manufacturing thereof
A support framework (101) for building casings (200) using pultruded uprights, a building casing (200) and a building structure (300). A process for realizing and installation of the building structure (300), as well as manufacturing processes of the various components of the framework.
Dwelling
A terrestrial dwelling (1) including a floor (2) with at least one floor section (3) orientated substantially horizontally in use. The dwelling includes at least one wall (4), including at least one wall section (5) projecting substantially upwardly from the floor section (3). A dwelling support (6) is configured to at least partially elevate the floor section (3) above a terrain surface (15). A roof (7) with at least one roof section (8) is attached to an upper portion of said wall (4) wherein the dwelling (1) is configured to provide at least partial atmospheric transparency to at least partially allow atmospheric elements including light incident on the dwelling (1) above the floor (2) to reach the terrain surface (15) under the dwelling (1).

House construction structure
The present disclosure provides a house construction structure including: an odd-numbered floor, an even-numbered floor and outdoor private gardens. Living rooms of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, are vertically corresponding to each other; each living room is provided with one outdoor private garden. The outdoor private gardens of all living rooms of odd-floor houses which are vertically corresponding to each other, are vertically corresponding to each other and are located in an identical first direction; the outdoor private gardens of all living rooms of even-houses which are vertically corresponding to the odd-floor houses, are vertically corresponding to each other and are located in an identical second direction. Each living room of each house is located at an outer wall corner of each house; each living room of each house includes at least one outer wall corner and at least two adjacent outer walls in different directions, so that private gardens of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, are disposed on the two adjacent outer walls of the respective living rooms of each odd-floor house and each even-floor house which are vertically corresponding to each other, and located in two different directions.
Window wall system
A window wall system includes a plurality of window wall modules for forming at least in part a facade of a building. Each window wall module is connected between two consecutive concrete slabs of the building and includes a bottom rail, a top rail, two vertical mullions, and a window panel. The system also includes a plurality of anchoring brackets for connecting the bottom rail of each window wall module to a respective one of the concrete slabs, and a plurality of preformed sealing membranes. Each anchoring bracket is configured to be affixed to a top surface of the respective one of the concrete slabs. Each sealing membrane sealingly engages the bottom rail of a corresponding window wall module. Each sealing membrane is interlocked with a respective one of the anchoring brackets to retain the sealing membrane in place. Each sealing membrane is made of an elastomeric material.
