MODULAR, TRANSPORTABLE, INSULATED BUILDING, WITH WATER, AND FIRE RESISTANT FLOOR, WALL, AND ROOF PANEL, PRE-MANUFACTURED ASSEMBLIES
20170268218 · 2017-09-21 · ·

A small, heavy duty, transportable building having pre-manufactured panel assemblies made out of magnesium oxide for the floor, wall and roof that are quickly fastened together, on site, using common metal screws. All building materials are inorganic for extreme mold and mildew resistance. Furthermore, the building panels are configured and fastened together for inherent insulative fire and flood resistant properties. Commercial metal strut forms an economic protective perimeter around the magnesium oxide surface panels, and offer a fastening means to adjoining panels. The uses of the building (bunker, enclosure, shelter, shed, little-house, etc. . . . ) are myriad and not intended to be limited in usefulness. In addition, the building configurations and square footage options are limitless, single wide building ways, storied if desired. The design also allows manufacturing of the panel assemblies with common, hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. No crane is needed for building erection.

CUSTOMIZABLE FACILITY

A customizable facility for manufacturing at least one product has at least one modular unit in communication with at least one central unit configured to provide utilities to the at least one modular unit. In some embodiments, the central unit(s) and modular unit(s) are positioned at least partially within a shell. Each modular unit can be a fermentation unit, a pre-viral unit, a post-viral unit, a utility space, a warehouse, a media buffer facility, an office, a personnel unit, or another unit. The modular units can be arranged to maximize a number of modular units within the shell while minimizing a footprint of the shell. A method of assembling a facility for manufacturing at least one product includes providing at least one central unit and providing at least one modular unit in communication with the central unit(s) such that utilities are provided by the central unit(s) to the modular unit(s).

Hybrid operating room

A hybrid operating room with support structure. The hybrid operating room includes an interior for use in the imaging of and performance of surgery on a patient, the interior including a ceiling. The hybrid operating room also includes a support assembly positioned above the unit for supporting equipment used in conjunction with such imaging and surgery so that the equipment extends downwardly from the ceiling into the interior. The support assembly is designed to support a load of at least 3,500 pounds, and more in certain implementations.

STEEL AND CONCRETE BUILDING MODULE AND CONNECTIONS
20220235547 · 2022-07-28 ·

The construction of buildings can be time consuming and error prone. Building modules constructed off-site and pre-furnished can be made more efficiently than building everything on-site. Building modules are disclosed with a reinforced, precast concrete floor with thickened edges, and a structural frame that defines the shape of the module. The frame is made from hollow structural section bars that are attached to the thickened edges of the floor. The module is made with a roof to protect the furnishings and fittings inside the module during storage, transportation and installation.

Water and land-based modular system for environmentally versatile housing, shelter and commercial use
11396350 · 2022-07-26 ·

A sustainable floating and land application community based on a mass-produced modular, pre-fabricated kit of parts referred to as floating modular units (FMU) or land module units (LMU). Both modular units are designed to allow for various needs while remaining simple to deliver and assemble by hand in remote destinations prone to volatile shifts in water levels and currents. Both floating and land module units can be erected for use on land and bodies of water.

Business model for residential development of vacant abandoned landfills
11210754 · 2021-12-28 ·

This invention concerns a method of doing business which is combined with several scientific advancements of technological ingenuity that results in a novel way of doing business. It in fact teaches a “business method” which creates an innovative approach to obtain annual multi-billion dollar financial revenue as monthly rental income; which results from a rather large scale residential development community of 2000 dwelling units per 50 acre parcels; each parcel being developed upon heretofore 10,000 separately abandoned “Municipal Solid Waste” MSW landfill sites throughout the United States. These apartments are exclusively geared as rentals of a 1,020 square foot-two-bedroom apartment dwellings for only Covid-19 “First Responders” and military service personnel, for the unprecedented sum of just $800/month rent. Additionally, as a supplemental “business method” approach, this instant business model also teaches how to solve the nation's Municipal Solid Waste MSW disposal problems forever into the future as an ingenious viable solution into perpetuity. Moreover, it is further postulated within this business model that further collateral financial revenue automatically inures as a natural business consequence of the sheer necessary and vital purchase of construction materials needed herein, thus positioned as a leveraged-buyout; whereby this 76 billion dollar opportunity now becomes an integral adjunct to this unique business model by adopting a “Home Depot” type retail business concept structure as additional revenue sharing for this inventor's shareholders.

Data centre

A data centre comprises a plurality of sections assembled together to define a unitary structure such that there exists at least one personnel area that spans at least two sections; wherein the sections comprise a first section with which there is associated a first service-carrying chassis and a second section with which there is associated a second service-carrying chassis, each of the first and second service-carrying chassis comprising a frame onto which is mounted components of at least two different services; the first and second chassis are connected to each other by means of a junction between the first and second chassis; and the first and second sections each include a ceiling and the first service carrying chassis is mounted on the ceiling of the first section and the second service carrying chassis is mounted on the ceiling of the second section.

ARRANGEMENT OF BUILDING UNITS
20220178134 · 2022-06-09 ·

The invention relates to an arrangement of building units, comprising a plurality of housing units (1) constructed in a coupled design or a plurality of individual building units (1) accommodated in a multi-storey building, each building unit (1) having a pie-slice shaped floor plan with two side walls (2, 3) disposed at an angle (a) to one another, an inner terminating wall (4), and an outer terminating wall (5), the inner terminating walls (4) being disposed on the shady, north side, and the outer terminating walls (5) being arranged on the sunny, south side.

Reversible self-locking interconnection system for modular integrated construction

A self-locking connection system for modular construction (e.g., MiC and PPVC) is provided for interlocking an upper module column to a lower module column. A horizontal load transfer plate has first and second inner sleeve portions positioned beneath and above the plate. The sleeves are configured and dimensioned to be received within the respective module columns. Spring-loaded latches in both sleeve portions engage respective column receiving apertures. Each latch may include a latch plate having a wedge-shaped latch protrusion connecting to a vertical latch surface. The latch plate has one or more latch plate apertures for receiving a rod within a coil spring. An optional second reversible self-locking mechanism interlocks the connected modules to a building load-bearing support such as a core wall. The second self-locking mechanism includes an angled protrusion extending from the horizontal load transfer plate to mate with a protrusion-receiving structure embedded in the load-bearing support.

CONNECTION SYSTEM FOR HOUSE AND VEHICLE

A connection system for a house and a vehicle, may include a vehicle door provided in the vehicle to open or close a vehicle entrance through which a passenger enters or exits the vehicle and allowing an internal space of the vehicle to be exposed into the house when authenticated by the house; and a hatch provided in a house entrance on a side wall of the house to selectively couple the house entrance and the vehicle entrance with each other so that an internal space of the vehicle and an internal space of the house are connected to each other in a state that the vehicle door is open when the authenticated vehicle is parked on a side of the house entrance.
