Parking lot management system, parking lot management apparatus, parking lot management method, and non-transitory computer-readable medium

A parking lot management system according to the present disclosure includes a management apparatus, an image capturing apparatus, a cart, and a display apparatus. The management apparatus acquires, and stores as parking information, a license plate number and a spot number of a parking spot from the image capturing apparatus. Then, the management apparatus acquires, from a cart terminal of the cart, information that enables specification of the parking information of a vehicle of a customer using the cart and an identification number of the cart terminal, and stores the identification number of the cart terminal in association with the parking information. Then, the management apparatus detects return of the cart to a predetermined location, calculates a predicted time until the parking spot is freed up, and updates display on the display apparatus based on the predicted time.

Movable and height-extensible automated bicycle storage

The present invention relates to a movable and height-extensible automated bicycle storage facility of which the height is simply increased by separately manufacturing a section exceeding a height limit under the Road Traffic Act, transporting and assembling the section at a desired place to use the automated bicycle storage facility manufactured in a container shape at the place. The present invention is characterized by ensuring a sufficient height by coupling a height extension cover to the top of the bicycle deck to prevent a bicycle from hitting against the top of the bicycle deck when the bicycle is loaded at an angle in the bicycle deck in the front-rear direction and then lifted and loaded onto the second floor, and by temporarily reducing the height by separating the height extension cover in order not to violate the Road Traffic Act when moving the bicycle deck to another place.

Disclosed herein is a modular bicycle storage structure designed to maximize the number of bicycles that can fit into it. The structure is designed to provide a private locker to each bicycle, which is accessible by a locker door, and secured using a standard bicycle U-Lock. The structure may use bicycles that have foldable, twistable or removable handlebars in order to reduce their overall width. The user generally aligns the pedals in a specific way before inserting the bicycle into the structure. The pedals slide into a groove formed in the side wall. This allows for overlapping of pedals for adjacent bicycles providing a compact storage configuration.
