A system for providing shade onto a surface is described herein. The system includes a canopy configured for engagement with, and aerial suspension by, a frame. The frame includes a plurality of sections configured for end-to-end alignment from a left end to a right end of the frame. Each section is configured to engage with any adjacent sections to form the frame. The ends of the frame are secured to the surface, thereby aerially suspending the canopy and providing shade to the surface.

A portable blind is provided. The blind includes a frame, wheel assembly, and hitch. The wheel assembly is configured to move between stowed and deployed configurations. In the deployed configuration, the wheels contact the ground and enable transport of the blind. In the stowed configuration, the wheels do not extend past the bottom of the frame of the blind, and thus the blind rests upon the ground. The hitch is also configured to move between stored and deployed configurations. In the deployed configuration, the hitch forms a “C” shape with its plurality of members, and in the stowed configuration the plurality of members are stacked on top of one another. A method of moving the wheel assembly and the hitch between their configurations is also provided.

A play article including a floor having a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface is positioned inside the play article, and one or more sidewalls extending from the floor. The play article further includes an audio device with an actuator configured to turn the audio device on and off from inside of the play article, and a coupling member that removably couples the audio device to the top surface of the floor. The coupling member has a pocket that houses the audio device and an attachment device that removably couples the pocket to the top surface of the floor.

A play article including a floor having a top surface and a bottom surface, the top surface is positioned inside the play article, and one or more sidewalls extending from the floor. The play article further includes an audio device with an actuator configured to turn the audio device on and off from inside of the play article, and a coupling member that removably couples the audio device to the top surface of the floor. The coupling member has a pocket that houses the audio device and an attachment device that removably couples the pocket to the top surface of the floor.

A transportable shelter includes a frame, an inner liner, and an outer liner. A plurality of interconnecting members of the frame are connected to create a fixed structural element, at least one end structural element, and a plurality of purlin portions. The purlin portions attach the fixed structural element to a first end structural element. The fixed structural element has a first inner track and a first outer track, and the first end structural element has a second inner track and a second outer track. The inner liner has liner connection elements for attaching to the first and second inner tracks, and the outer panel has panel connection elements for attaching to the first and second outer tracks. A dead-air space exists between the inner liner and the outer panel when the frame is assembled and the inner liner and the outer panel are connected to both the fixed structural element and the first end structural element.

The present invention provides an enclosure mounted to the top of a vehicle for camping or spending time outdoors. The enclosure generally has a roof that slides from a closed, packed position on top of the vehicle for transport to an open deployed position cantilevered off the back or side of the vehicle. The sliding roof contains a shelter that drops down to create a space next to the vehicle protected from the elements but with access into the vehicle.

Portable, collapsible, lightweight housing structure for outdoors, and a method of assembling, and using the same. The invention encompasses an apparatus for providing shelter for humans and animals, which is portable, collapsible, and easily transportable from location to location, and can be quickly assembled, and disassembled. The apparatus comprises of a tubular frame, where a flat housing panel is wrapped around the tubular frame, and a cover is secured to the top of the assembly to from the portable, collapsible, lightweight housing structure or the quick assembly hunting blind or hunting blind kit. The portable, collapsible apparatus, has a ceiling or roof, and wall or panels that are made of one or more layers of material, such as, corrugated material, plastic material, composite material, waterproof material, weatherproof material, rigid honeycomb board material, polyethylene material, polypropylene material. The inventive apparatus could also have an attachable or detachable base or floor.

A protective canopy barrier for use with a procedure table used by massage therapist, an esthetician, a chiropractor, or a doctor. The protective canopy barrier is configured to at least partially enclose a client during a massage and protects both the client and massage therapist from transmitting or contracting pathogens, viruses, contaminants, etc. The protective canopy barrier comprises an adjustable frame that is attachable to the massage table. The frame is adjustable in height and may be configured to tilt at an angle to enclose different sized clients. The protective canopy device further comprises a draping cover configured to fit over the frame to partially encapsulate the massage table. The draping cover comprises a plurality of arm holes disposed therein providing access to the client while still providing a barrier. The draping cover further comprises a viewing door comprising a flap and a transparent window disposed therein allowing the massage therapist to view the client during the massage.

Systems that provide shade for agricultural environments are disclosed, including a shade system. The shade system provides a predicted amount of shade and sunshine to an area covered by the shade system. The shade system includes a plurality of elevated rectilinear shade structures, wherein each shade structure of the plurality of elevated rectilinear shade structures has a long side and a short side, the shade structures grouped together, oriented and aligned such that each shade structure of the plurality of elevated rectilinear shade structures has long sides generally oriented north to south and each shade structure of the plurality of elevated rectilinear shade structures has short sides generally oriented east to west.

Systems and methods for solar energy systems are disclosed. A solar energy system comprising a plurality of elevated rectilinear solar energy structures covering an area is disclosed. Each of the solar energy structures of the plurality of elevated rectilinear solar energy structures has a long side and a short side. The plurality of elevated rectilinear solar energy structures are grouped together, oriented and aligned such that the long side of each of the solar energy structures is generally parallel and at least one of the plurality of elevated rectilinear solar energy structures has a plurality of solar panels attached in a fixed manner forming a solar energy collection canopy.
