A refrigerator including a rotatable door handle. The door handle is rotatably coupled to a refrigerator door through a through-hole on the door. The door handle includes a grip portion, a connection portion fastened to the grip portion, and an insertion portion protruding from the connection portion. The insertion portion includes an engaging projection protruding outward from a peripheral surface of the insertion portion. The door handle includes two stoppers. During the process of assembling the door handle with the door, the engaging projection may be rotated in the first direction until it engage with a first stopper to. In an assembled state, the door is opened or closed when the door handle is rotated in the second direction. The second stopper can stop rotation of the door handle in the second direction when the engaging projection engages with the second stopper.

Keyless entry handle and compressible spacer therefor
09745778 · 2017-08-29 · ·

A spacer for a keyless-entry vehicle door handle of the type including mateable body and cover portions, and at least one electronic component disposed in an internal space of the handle defined by the body and cover portions, the at least one electronic component having first and second portions each arranged in proximity to one or the other of opposing interior surfaces of the body and cover portions of the handle. The spacer includes a compressible member disposed in the internal space of the handle, the compressible member having a body with opposite surfaces each facing one of the opposing interior surfaces of the body and cover portions of the handle, and recesses formed in each of the opposite surfaces, each recess dimensioned to receive therein one or the other of the first and second portions of the at least one electronic component. The compressible member is dimensioned so as to be compressed between the opposing interior surfaces of the body and cover portions of the handle so that, when the compressible member is compressed, each of the first and second portions of the at least one electronic component are urged into intimate contact with one or the other of the opposing interior surfaces of the body and cover portions of the handle.

Cover flap arrangement for a handle arrangement of a motor vehicle door

The invention relates to a cover flap arrangement for a handle arrangement of a motor vehicle door, the handle arrangement having an, in particular, elongate handle section with a gripping region and two gripping openings which are arranged on both sides of the handle section towards the gripping region. It is proposed that the cover flap arrangement has two cover flaps which can be adjusted in each case between a covering position, in which, in the installed state, they in each case cover a gripping opening, in particular sealingly, and an exposing position, in which, in the installed state, they in each case expose a gripping opening.

Low profile lock for windows
09725934 · 2017-08-08 · ·

A lock for a window which includes a body including a channel defined in an interior of the body, an actuator element configured to be received in the channel and slidable therein, the actuator element including a fork portion to operably couple with a tie bar assembly for locking the window, a handle pivotally coupled to the actuator element, and a linkage pivotally coupled between the body and an intermediate point on the handle. The handle is movable between a closed position and an open position, with movement of the handle causing the actuator element to slide within the channel in a direction opposite the direction of movement of the handle.

PANIC EXIT DEVICE AND DOOR HANDLE

An exit device comprises an inner door handle adapted to be mounted to a door for movement relative to the door from a first position to a second position. A pair of brackets are adapted to be operatively connected between the respective ends of a horizontal portion and a vertical portion of the door handle. Each bracket comprises a first bracket member secured to the door handle, a second bracket member adapted to be secured to the door, and a pin for joining the first bracket member and the second bracket member for rotation about an axis through the pin. The first bracket member and the second bracket member pivot relative to one another when the door handle moves between the first position and the second position.

Door lock chassis assembly

An apparatus that at least assists in maintaining a lever or knob of a lock device in a relatively neutral and static position. The apparatus includes a biasing element that can be constructed from a compliant material that may at least assist in reducing impact forces between interfacing surfaces at least when the lever or knob is returns to the neutral, static position from one or more activated positions. The compliant nature of the damper can further alleviate issues relating to manufacturing tolerances and wear between interfacing surfaces.

The vehicle door handle (2) is arranged in such a way that an inertial mass (18) in the handle passes irreversibly from a rest configuration in which it allows the door to be opened into a locking configuration which it prevents opening and passes from the locking configuration into an unlocked configuration, different from the rest configuration and from the locking configuration, the handle being arranged so that placement of the inertial mass (18) in the unlocking configuration has the effect of it once again being possible for the door to be opened.

Low effort outside release handle

A vehicle door includes a handle having an angled or inclined ramp surface. A bellcrank is rotatably connected to the door structure for rotation about a generally horizontal axis. The bellcrank includes a follower that engages the inclined ramp surface such that movement of the exterior handle from the rest position to the opened position causes the bellcrank to rotate and shift linkage that unlatches a the latch mechanism.
