Mortise lock with multi-point latch system
An adapter and interface permits a standard mortise lock to drive top and bottom latch mechanisms of a multi-point lock system. An actuator permits in situ adjustment of the top and bottom vertical latch projections of adjusting these projections while the door is hung in the door frame. An installation tool assists in the installation of the vertical rods in a door. A connector and carrier secures the vertical rods to the actuator and permits verification of retention of the rods in a multi-point latching system. A latch dogging indicator allows for end-user adjustment between a single-point lock and a multi-point lock system when desired. These different aspects may be employed in combination or separately with other locking systems.
Magnetic anti-theft device
A magnetic anti-theft device, includes: a control circuit, in connection with a plurality of magnetic sensors and a control unit; the plurality of magnetic sensors, allowing different magnetic induction strengths to be preset; and an unlock piece, configured with a plurality of magnetic elements corresponding to the magnetic induction strengths of the plurality of magnetic sensors, whereby, when the correct unlock piece is placed on the magnetic sensors, the plurality of magnetic sensors will induct correct magnetic forces, the control unit is driven to release a monitoring state after interpretation of the control circuit; if the induction is incorrect, the control unit is driven to form a warning action after the interpretation of the control circuit so as to achieve an anti-theft effect and increase safety effectively probably because the magnetic force of the magnetic element of the unlock piece is too small or too large.

Tool box
A tool box includes a first casing, a second casing, at least one fastening member, and at least one first elastic member. The first casing has at least one first receiving slot which has two first restriction portions. The second casing has at least one second receiving slot, a second restriction portion, and a first locking portion. The at least one fastening member has a third restriction portion, a second locking portion, and two fourth restriction portions. The at least one first elastic member is biased between the at least one fastening member and the at least one first receiving slot, and the at least one fastening member is pushed by the at least one first elastic member, such that second locking portion is locked onto the first locking portion to interlock the first casing and the second casing.
Indicator-type door lock
An indicator-type door lock that may prevent the door lock device from being enlarged while user may intuitively identify the lock state of the door lock at the outside. An indicator-type door lock including: a handle shaft having a handle for unlocking and a push button for locking; a driving body mounted with the handle shaft; a door lock main body having a main body cover with at least one display portion displaying the locked state of the door lock to the outside, and installed in front of the driving body; an indicator member installed within the door lock main body to be pivoted to a certain radius, and being exposed through the display portion; and a turning drive member for pivoting the indicator member located within the handle shaft and rotated inside the handle shaft when the push button is pressed to pivot indicator member.

ELECTRIFIED LATCH
A cabinet lock for securing a door panel to a cabinet housing comprising a latching component, an electromechanical component, and a communications module. The latching component has a latch housing and latch member reciprocally translatable between locked and unlocked orientations to selectively secure the door panel to the cabinet housing. The electromechanical component includes an actuator operably coupled to a drive member that is coupled to the latch member whereby powering of the actuator translates the latch member to at least one of the unlocked or locked orientations. The communications module is configured for communication with a remote device of a municipal traffic control agency and/or a utilities worker. The communications module is configured to receive a control signal from the remote device for moving the latch member to the at least one of the unlocked orientation or the locked orientation.

Magnetic door-operating assembly with status indicator
A door-operating assembly has an operating device having a device housing and a device magnet and rotatable in the housing about a first axis between a first functional position and a second functional position, and a status indicator that is coupled with the operating device and has an indicator housing and an indicator magnet movable in the indicator housing along the first axis between a first display position and a second display position. The magnets are so oriented that rotation of the device magnet about the first axis from the respective first functional position into the respective second functional position displaces the indicator magnet axially of the first axis from the first display position into the second display position.
