HANDLE LOCKING STRUCTURE
A handle locking structure includes a handle having a pivot portion pivotally connected to a sliding box, a buckle portion for hooking on a cabinet and a handle shaft, and a positioning structure including a base connected to the handle shaft, a positioning device mounted in the base and an elastic member placed on the positioning device. When the handle is hooked on the cabinet, a peripheral limiter of a head member of the positioning device is disengaged from a position-limiting notch of the base to reset the elastic member, so that the positioning device is automatically locked to the sliding box, avoiding vibration of the handle and improving the locking stability of the handle.
Mortise lock with multi-point latch system
An adapter and interface permits a standard mortise lock to drive top and bottom latch mechanisms of a multi-point lock system. An actuator permits in situ adjustment of the top and bottom vertical latch projections of adjusting these projections while the door is hung in the door frame. An installation tool assists in the installation of the vertical rods in a door. A connector and carrier secures the vertical rods to the actuator and permits verification of retention of the rods in a multi-point latching system. A latch dogging indicator allows for end-user adjustment between a single-point lock and a multi-point lock system when desired. These different aspects may be employed in combination or separately with other locking systems.

LOCK RELEASE MECHANISM
A lock release mechanism is disclosed. The lock release mechanism comprises a chassis adapted to receive a first lock comprising a first bolt and a second lock comprising a second bolt, the first and second lock distanced from each other, a linkage mechanism, a connector, a drive mechanism and a lever. The linkage mechanism comprises at least one arm in operative connection with at least one of the first and second lock. The connector has a first position in which the linkage mechanism is engaged and a second position in which the linkage mechanism is disengaged. The drive mechanism is operable to move the connector between the first and second positions. When the connector is in the first position, rotation of the lever causes unitary movement of the first and second bolts, and when the connector is in the second position, rotation of the lever causes movement of the second but not the first bolt.
Door Lock Device And Door Lock Having The Same
A door lock device and a door lock having the same, wherein the door lock device includes: a switch mechanism capable of being operatively switched from a first position to a second position or a third position; an oblique tongue mechanism, including an oblique tongue body and an oblique tongue drive assembly, the oblique tongue drive assembly being connected to the switch mechanism, wherein, when the switch mechanism is in the first position, the oblique tongue body is in an extended state, and when the switch mechanism is switched from the first position to the second position or the third position, the switch mechanism drives the oblique tongue drive assembly, to drive the oblique tongue body to be in a retracted state; a deadbolt mechanism, including a deadbolt body and a deadbolt drive assembly; and a linkage mechanism connecting the switch mechanism and the tongue drive assembly. The door lock device can meet the demand, so that when the user uses a smart electronic lock, the deadbolt lock body can be maintained, thereby improving the safety factor and user experience.

Latch apparatus
A latch (10) includes a rotatable jaw (18) that engages and holds a striker (32) in a latched position. A rotatable pawl (28) in an engaged position is operative to hold the jaw in the latched position. Movement of the pawl to a disengaged position enables the jaw to move to an unlatched position and to disengage the striker. The pawl is movable from the engaged position to the disengaged position through operation of either an electrical actuator (84) or through movement of an actuating end (26) of the pawl by a cable (36).
