SECURE PORTABLE ENCASEMENT SYSTEM
A system for providing securement of a plurality of secure portable encasements including one or more encasements each configured to engage, and subsequently disengage, inseparable interaction with a common docking unit; and one or more common docking units.
Tamper proof tag for watches
Disclosed is a tamper proof tag and accompanying method for verifying that a watch is authentic and has not been tampered with. The tamper proof tag, when affixed to the watch, ensures that the watch is authentic and prevents a user from tampering with the watch. The tamper proof tag also allows the watch to be worn while the tamper proof tag is affixed to watch and is minimally obstructive to the aesthetics of the watch. This provides a purchasing user with confidence that the watch is authentic, while also allowing the user to try on the watch without having to remove the tamper proof tag. The tamper proof tag also protects the seller from a user that may attempt to tamper with the watch after purchase. For example, the seller may condition returns for a sold watch on the tamper proof tag remaining affixed to the watch.
SECURITY APPARATUS AND SECURE DISPLAY SYSTEM FOR SPORTS EQUIPMENT
A security apparatus for securing a piece of sports equipment includes a housing and an extension having a first end that extends from the housing and a second end this is positioned within the housing. A lock assembly includes a barrel having a first end and a second end. A lock body is positioned within the housing and is operatively coupled to the barrel. When the lock assembly is in the locked state, the first end of the extension member engages a first portion of the piece of sports equipment, the lock body engages the second end of the extension member to inhibit axial movement of the extension member to secure the first portion of the piece of sports equipment against the extension member, and the lock body extends from the housing to engage a second portion of the piece of sports equipment.

Security device
A security device for preventing or deterring theft of an object from a retail store or similar comprising a housing; a loop of cable extending from the housing for placement around said object; spool means rotatably mounted on the housing, the loop of cable being attached to the spool means such that, in use, rotation of the spool means in a first direction with respect to the housing causes the cable to unwind from the spool means, and rotation of the spool means in a second direction causes the cable to be wound around the spool means; latching means; alarm means; and retracting means arranged to apply a biasing force to the spool means.
Tablet computer system
A system for use with a tablet computer includes a host electronic board configured to connect the tablet computer to a plurality of peripheral devices. An enclosure is configured to enclose the host electronic board and the tablet computer in an interior space of the enclosure. The enclosure includes a first part and a second part, which are moveable relative to one another between an open position for adding and removing the tablet computer from the enclosure and a closed position. The enclosure is configured so the interior space of the enclosure is substantially inaccessible from outside the enclosure in the closed position. The system includes a lock on the enclosure. The lock is configured to selectively convert from an unlocked configuration in which the first and second parts of the enclosure can be moved to the open position and a locked configuration in which the first and second parts of the enclosure cannot be non-destructively moved from the closed position to the open position.
Electrical alarm and methods of making and using the alarm
A security tag including: a housing and circuitry which detects a locked state, the circuitry configured to execute a signal transfer function responsive to interchanging a pin and a lanyard in the circuitry, and/or the housing including a replaceable battery compartment locked by inserting either the pin or the lanyard into a lock mechanism which differently secures the pin and the lanyard; and an alarm, in communication with the circuitry, triggered by an undisarmed breach of the locked state.
POINT OF SALE ASSEMBLY HAVING ANTITHEFT FUNCTIONALITY AND METHOD THEREOF
A point of sale assembly having antitheft functionality. A sealed consumer product package has a face with at least one opening extending into the sealed consumer product package. A consumer product is positioned inside the sealed consumer product package. A lock having a sensor and a body that is positioned outside the sealed consumer product package. The lock has at least one locking arm extending into the opening of the sealed consumer product package and secured to the consumer product.
SECURE 3D PRINTER AND 3D PRINTER MANAGEMENT NETWORK
A printer management system includes one or more printing devices having a printing area for printing according to a digital file, an access area through which a user may access the printing area, and a locking mechanism configured to lock the access area preventing access to the printing area. A management server is communicatively coupled to the one or more printing devices over a communication network and is configured to receive a print request from one or more user devices or one of the one or more printing devices to print the digital file, transmit the digital file to one of the one or more printing devices, and transmit commands to lock and unlock the locking mechanism of the one or more printing devices. In one embodiment the management system is configured to update a printing status of each of the one or more printing devices.
Security apparatus for a portable electronic device
A security apparatus for a portable electronic device having a slot includes a body having an insertable portion configured to be inserted into the slot of the portable electronic device, and a boss extending from the insertable portion and positioned outside of the slot. The boss is configured to attach to a lock head. The security apparatus also includes a wedge supported at least partially within the insertable portion of the body. The wedge is movable relative to the insertable portion between a first position, in which the wedge extends out of the insertable portion and is configured to engage a surface of the portable electronic device that defines the slot, and a second position, in which the wedge is retracted relative to the first position and is configured to disengage the surface of the portable electronic device that defines the slot.
