Rear slider window assembly

A vehicular rear slider window assembly includes a movable window panel that is movable along upper and lower rails of a fixed window panel. A first heater grid is disposed at a first fixed panel, a second heater grid is disposed at a second fixed panel, and a third heater grid disposed at the movable window panel. A jumper electrical connector electrically connects between the first and second fixed panels, and a flexible electrical connector electrically connects between the first or second fixed panel and the movable window panel. The first fixed panel has positive and negative terminals configured to electrically connect to at least one electrical connector of a vehicle wire harness when the vehicular rear slider window assembly is installed at a vehicle. When the positive and negative terminals are electrically powered, electrical current may flow in a single direction across the first and second heater grids.

The disclosure provides a lock with a radially extending cam that can be pivoted electrically or manually by a key. The lock resides in a housing for ease of manufacture and reduction of space, for use, as an example, as a replacement or retrofit for an existing manual cam lock. The cam extends transversely to a first axis and is manually rotatable by a key about the first axis. The cam is also rotatable about a second axis parallel to the first axis by an electrical signal to a motor or a linear actuator connected to a cam mechanism body.

In a driver, supposing that an angular position of the rotator in a state where a coupler coupling a link member and the rotator together is located at a rearmost position is regarded as a reference angular position, a first angular position is an angular position where the rotator is shifted from the reference angular position in a first rotation direction by an angle θ1, and a second angular position is an angular position where the rotator is shifted from the reference angular position in a second direction opposite to the first rotation direction by an angle θ2 smaller than the angle θ1. The driver has a regulating portion which does not allow the rotator to rotate in the second rotation direction from the second angular position.

Electric steering lock device for saddle-ride type vehicle

In an electric steering lock device for saddle-ride type vehicle, a casing movably supports a lock pin and a slider. The lock pin is linearly movable between a lock position and an unlock position. The slider is movable in a direction identical to a movement direction of the lock pin. The casing houses an elastic member that is interposed between the lock pin and the slider, and an electric motor that provides a power that drives the slider. The electric steering lock device for saddle-ride type vehicle avoids being large-sized and reliably detects a position of the lock pin. A casing 18 movably supports a first interlocking member 72 and a second interlocking member 73. The first interlocking member 72 moves in a direction identical to a lock pin 19 by interlocking with the lock pin 19. The second interlocking member 73 moves in a direction orthogonal to the movement direction of the lock pin 19 and the first interlocking member 72 by interlocking with the first interlocking member 72. A switch 74 that detects a position of the second interlocking member 73 is mounted on the casing 18.

System for internal payload extension and retraction using telescoping mechanism

A system is described and includes a rack for carrying payload disposed in a payload bay; and a payload extension assembly for affecting linear translation of the rack between a first position in which the rack is fully retracted within the payload bay and a second position in which the payload extension assembly is fully extended and the rack is supported outside the payload bay. The payload extension assembly comprises forward and aft tracks respectively attached to forward and aft walls of the payload bay; a first stage for providing linear translation of the rack relative to the forward and aft tracks; and a second stage for providing linear translation of the rack relative to the first stage. The system further comprises a payload actuator system for selectively causing the rack extension assembly to move the rack between the first and second positions.
